One bedroom condo steps from UNL. The condo is located in the six-story 1040 O Street Building in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska. The building is one of Lincoln’s best Art Deco-style buildings, originally constructed in the early 1900's. Newly furnished, with brand new appliances. Walk to an event at the Lied Center, catch a movie at the theatre that's right across the street, or head over to a bar or restaurant in the Haymarket. Walking distance to Memorial Stadium and Pinnacle Bank Arena. There is a Mill coffee shop on the ground floor as well!

Great communication. Great location. I gave a 4 star because of the bed. The bed base was noisy and tall to get in to and for a stomach sleeper not comfortable. Overall we enjoyed the place and the parking was nice and easy to use.

Condo felt like home! Jackie was very responsive, polite and great communication. A couple of minor issues were addressed and resolved immediately. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Location was great although could be a little noisy on Friday and Saturday nights (it is a college town and to be expected). Overall, highly recommended and would stay again if we are ever in Lincoln again.

Excellent location for Husker Fans!

I was so happy when I walked into the condo. It was exactly as pictured. Everything was very neat and I had everything I needed. Great location and we LOVED the Husker decor. We have already recommended to friends and are hoping to make this an annual trip!

Basketball weekend

Great location to PBA, Haymarket and our kids on campus. Could walk to everything we wanted to do. Condo was amazing & everything we needed. Appreciated the white noise machine!

Husker Football Weekend

Great condo for out of town Husker fans to stay in. Perfect location. Close to the Haymarket and campus. And the Husker decorations make it even better.

Excellent Property

The condo is immaculate and impeccably maintained. Jackie has furnished it tastefully and comfortably. The location, right downtown is perfect. We parked in the garage upon our arrival and never used our vehicle. There are numerous dining, shopping and entertainment options within walking distance, including the Haymarket District and the UNL campus. Jackie was excellent to work with on the rental. She was responsive and cooperative. The entire rental, check in and check out process was great. If we return to Lincoln, we wouldn't look for anything else.

We loved our stay!!! Jackie’s place is wonderful. Walking distance to everything for a Husker football weekend. It’s clean and comfortable. Home away from home. Our pup loved it too.

Everything Included

Fantastic condo. Fully stocked kitchen…even had spices. Felt very homey. Was a great space to kick back and relax between outings. We travel a lot. This unit was one of the best.
