This exceptional beachfront home boasts panoramic views of the gulf from nearly every room. The primary suite is a true oasis, featuring a stunning front-row view of the beach that invites relaxation and rejuvenation. Each of the three bedrooms, along with the sitting room, allows access to the balconies where you can soak in the coastal breezes.

The sitting room includes two twin beds tucked away into the wall when not being used so you can make the most of the space. The main living area is warm and inviting, with a comfortable seating arrangement, a dining table ideal for shared meals, and an expansive island counter with additional barstool seating.

Underneath the house, you’ll find a private heated pool, providing a delightful retreat on rainy days. Located in the vibrant heart of Beachtown, this property is just a stone's throw from the beach walkover, allowing you direct access to sun-soaked sands and breathtaking waves.

If you're interested in exploring, it's just a short drive to the charming Strand, famous for its eclectic shops and diverse dining options. You can also visit Galveston's Historic District and many other popular tourist attractions, ensuring you have everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.

Beautiful views!

Property was immaculate well stocked and incredibly well located so close to the beach!! we enjoyed our brunch at the porch Café as well. Highly recommend.

Post-Hurricane Oasis

It was a wonderful time! The place was clean, spacious, high end appliances and safe, quiet neighborhood. The beach was private and not crowded. The garage held two trucks. The elevator was a godsend. The bedrooms were nice and each had their own bathroom. High end washer/dryer. Will definitely stay there again.

Staycation

We stayed for my daughters 15th birthday. We had friends of hers with us . We loved the property. We had stayed there before and love the location. The house was just how it looks in the pictures. It is very close to the strand and to the boardwalk. We would definitely recommend renting.

Luxurious beach getaway!

We have found our perfect place to stay in Galveston with this property and we will definitely be back! The location is amazing, so many shops and restaurants within 5-15 minutes drive, and the views are stunning. Easy beach access with the dune walkover located right next to the house. There is a very peaceful and relaxing feel in the community of Beachtown. The decor and cleanliness of the house made us feel like we had stepped into the pages of Coastal Living Magazine. Management was great. I had no idea a place like this even existed in Galveston and I wish we had discovered it sooner!

Great vacation house but disappointed with dryer repair response.

The house was beautiful and well stocked. The dryer was out from day one and the owner couldn’t get anyone out until the day we left. Big inconvenience when your at the beach with beach towels and swim suits. We had to go buy our 4 year old granddaughter additional clothing to make it through the week. Disappointing when you spend this kind of money that the owner didn’t have a backup repair plan.

Could have been better

The house had serious mechanical problems. The air conditioning was out in the main floor the entire time. It was 95 degrees. The clothes dryer was out so we couldn’t wash clothes. The elevator did not work for the first 3 days. That was onerous since we have a special needs 10 year old who can’t walk. Location was great. But, it could have been a lot better

Always something wrong and always excuses

We stayed here last year and were excited to come back again because the view is unbeatable despite some minor issues last year. However, we encountered some major issues and property management couldn’t have cared less. Property management called us a few hours before check-in and didn’t mention that the elevator wasn’t working properly. We discovered this on our own and had to call in for assistance. We have a 2 year old and a 78 year old in our party, so the elevator is a necessity since the stairs are so steep and slick. After calling property manager to alert that elevator wasn’t working, they came right over and assured us they had reached out to homeowner and would be back in touch with us the next day. They admitted that the prior guests had broken it. Well the next day came and went and not a word. Reached back out to property manager as our two year old had fallen down some steps and hit his head and still no response. Finally got a call three days later that the elevator guy could come out Thursday. We checked in on Saturday and were checking out on Saturday. We did not have the elevator fixed during our stay. The lock on the garage was busted and two nights we found the garage door open the next morning. When we checked in the trash was full so we couldn’t put anything in the bin. The pool was full of sand. If this wasn’t a top dollar property, I wouldn’t be upset but this place isn’t cheap. Unfortunately we will not try it a third time.

Great house and location

We love the Beachfront community and the quiet East End beach it adjoins. This was our first time staying in this house, and we loved it. The views and proximity to the beach can't be beat. As far as the house goes, the decor is updated, the space and layout are great, the elevator was helpful, and the plunge pool was nice to retreat to in the afternoons. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway

This property is perfect for family or multiple families for a beach getaway. Beautiful views and location to the beach. Walk steps into the ocean and then come back and shower and use the pool all located just off the garage. The elevator comes in handy to use to the 2nd floor with the amazing chefs kitchen and living room with fireplace. There are decks on both 2nd and 3rd floors complete with high end outdoor chairs for comfort. The master bedroom is complete with a huge walk in closet that could even be used as room for a pack n play. The master bath is huge with great shower and jetted tub. The landing area even has two Murphy beds great for kids. This property was perfect for my wife, two kids and mom to go on a great family vacation that are five year old has said he wants to do forever.

We LOVED our time at this Beachtown home! Amazingly appointed property with gorgeous wraparound views and the perfect location for easy access to downtown, the strand and pier. Will definitely be back!!!
