What a great property for friends and family to gather! There are 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The location is within a short walk to the beach access dune walkover, onsite restaurant and community pool. The kitchen is adequately stocked for plenty of meals at home.

This property is located in the very prestigious Beachtown community. Situated along the east end of Galveston Island, is a short drive from the Strand (retail and dining district), Galveston’s Historic District, Yacht Basin (offshore fishing), and Pleasure Pier.

What a secret!

This place was just incredible! The home was perfect- well stocked, clean, roomy and convenient! This area was so nice. It was quiet and not crowded. I rented chairs for the beach and they were there waiting for me every day. Hope to go back.

Lovely home, lovely location

The house is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. We had a group of 11 and there was room for all. The house is an easy stroll to the beach, and even easier walk to the pool. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

The Perfect Home Away From Home

We loved this Beach Town property for a small family get together. The space was perfectly furnished and decorated, we instantly felt at home. Everything was as described in the listing. I would definitely recommend this property to others and will likely stay at a Beach Town property again in the future!

Beachtown Visit

The property was new and very comfortable for all of us! The only issue was the grill did not work for our dinner we planned on Saturday night. Overall we had a great time! We would stay there again!

Family Christmas Week

The house is amazingly well stocked especially in the kitchen and has a beautiful decor that reflects the owners taste. We lacked for nothing. We found this house online through VRBO which posed some issues for our host who is with Beachtown Realty and prefers guests to search their listings directly. The two apparently don't vibe on all levels but it all worked out and an issue with the elevator was gratefully resolved by our host. We love Beachtown.

Absolutely Perfect

Property only a couple of years old, in like new condition. Perfect location beach view from front porch, for morning coffee, or breakfast. Plenty of rooms...on two floors. We had 5 adults and 9 children....6 of the chldren easily fitting into the bunkhouse room. The kitchen is for the gourmet cooker, with abundance of high quality cookware, utensils and Viking appliances. Kitchen layout and walk-in pantry make it wasy to serve a meal to a large group. Each bedroom has wonderful decor, excllent mattresses/linens, and closet/built in cabinets. The bathrooms all feature high-end amenities and towels, etc. The Beachtown area, using East Beach, is very private and one morning, we only had to share the entire beach area infront of Beachtown with one other family! Beachtown properties are beautiful, great exterior architecture and ... what made the entire move in and move out process go fast was the private elevator from the ground floor parking. Pool is available about three units down. The Beachtown office staff made sure everything was in order for a perfect stay! We shall return!

Stunning home!

We spent Thanksgiving in this beautiful home and had a wonderful time! The home is equipped with everything you need...and I mean everything!! It's gorgeous inside and outside!! We enjoyed watching the ships pass by, cooking in the gourmet kitchen, playing games, and being so close to downtown!

Great spot!

Everything about this house was great! Great location and amenities. Easy walk to the beach, great views from the porch and a brand new and super updated house. This house was one of the most well stocked rental houses we’ve ever stayed in. Everything from a blender, to BBQ tools, Tupperware, etc. Loved that there was the extra bonus room to use as an office or kids playroom. Would 100% book this house again.
