Rediker Retreat- Authentic Riverfront Luxury Log Home

This Luxury Cedar Log Home offers views of the Sunday River slopes and is located directly on the Sunday River itself. You will enjoy a world class rustic 18th century style log home with 21st century comforts and amenities. Only 1 mile to the lifts at Sunday River Ski resort. This property was designed to accommodate everyone in your group. Comfortably sleep 16 (14 adults max) privately. You will enjoy central air, on demand hot water and WiFi throughout. The outside offers four levels for entertaining and sweeping views. The main deck includes custom gazebo with seating area, outdoor gas fire place, gas grill and dining area. Lower level houses the 6-8 person hot tub in the custom gazebo, plus seating as well as a boulder terrace with fire pit. One of the only cedar log homes with river frontage and slope views in the country.

This house was a 10/10 in every way! The setup was absolutely perfect, I think the extra details of beautiful mums and pumpkins to make it festive when u walk in was such a nice touch. . We especially loved the top deck with its beautiful view. The river was incredible—and our dogs were in heaven! I was super impressed with how clean everything was, especially for a pet-friendly home. We had a great memorable weekend . We definitely want to come back in the summer early fall again! One of my favorite VRBO’s !!

Fabulous Maine Getaway

This property was amazing. The house was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed! There was so much space. Having access to the hot tub, fireplace, sauna and the pool table just made this property that much better. The river was a hit for all of us but especially our dogs! They loved it and swam for hours everyday! Overall, this was a perfect spot for all of our family members of all ages and pets. We are so thankful to the owners for allowing all 3 of our dogs to be a part of our vacation.

Beautiful Location and Great House

The house was spacious, clean, and well set up for big groups for cooking. The sauna, hot tub, and access to the river were all highlights, as was the views off the back porch. Easy access to Grafton Notch State Park and the White Mountains.

Great mountain home

Lovely mountain home, house had everything you could need and LOTS of activities for kids and teens. Hot tub and sauna were a huge hit after skiing! Owners/managers answered questions within a few minutes, very helpful. Super convenient if you are skiing at Sunday River!

Amazing getaway!

We couldn't have been happier with this house. The layout of the house is fantastic for families with kids. The proximity to the mountain was great. The sauna and jacuzzi was a super addition for post-ski relaxation.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful property…big house with lots of room for the 9 of us. The water out back was a big hit with everyone! Lots of tubing with a little current to float us downstream! Kitchen well supplied with everything needed for meals. Great week!

Great for groups!

Loved our stay at this home. Plenty of room for large groups yet still feels cozy. The kitchen is beyond well equipped. The bottom floor is amazing for the kids to hang out. We enjoyed our time around the fire pit and hot tub. The house is imacculately clean and the hosts are incredibly accomodatung - we'd rent again!

Sunday River Summer Vacation

We had a wonderful time on our vacation in Sunday River! The home was beautiful and the beautiful location directly on the river was great! The home was well appointed with everything we needed, annd enjoyed the hiking, swimming and hot tub! Bethel had some good restaurants for eating out, especially the Sugar Shack and Smokin Good BBQ!

Fun for everyone!

Our recent stay at this home was fantastic and exceeded all expectations! The house is perfect and offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable.The amenities truly set this rental apart. The steam shower was an incredible luxury, and the sauna was a wonderful added touch for unwinding. The downstairs space is a game-changer and really makes the house – with a pool table, poker table, and "skeech" game, there was never a dull moment.The deck was also a great spot to hang out and enjoy the surroundings. Beyond the amazing property, the hosts were super easy to communicate with and incredibly responsive, which made the whole rental process seamless and stress-free.We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and well-equipped getaway!

New Year’s Weekend getaway

Our large group enjoyed the house very much. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to make all our meals at home. We even had a bonfire by the river and cooked some kielbasas. Hot tub and sauna were great after skiing. We hope to come back soon!

House was amazing inside and out! We had a full house but it never seemed crowded - two kitchens so helpful. We all enjoyed the fire pit and being able to cool off in the river! Any questions I had were answered right away. We all had a wonderful week.

Beautiful Home

This house was all we could imagine, and more! We had multiple families here- the open space, large kitchen and extended dining table were awesome and never felt crowded. The basement provided a perfect hangout space for the teenagers. The hot tub and sauna were a great relief after a full day of skiing! Would definitely recommend!

Our family vacation includes 16 people. This house accommodated us perfectly! The space is fabulous, the river is so much fun, hot tub and sauna really nice where the weather was slightly cool. The house is beautifully stocked we had more than what we would ever need! Hope to return next summer

Great house, great location

This is our second year back at this house. Love the property, location and amenities the house offers: sauna, pool table, hot tub, and the famous Sunday River for cold plunges! Bedrooms and beds are comfortable and appropriately sized, could use a few more room darkening shades in some of rooms for the bright sun reflecting off the snow. We will definitely be back!

Amazing ski house for large groups!

This ski house is an A+! Large spacious plenty of spaces for everyone. The basement is absolutely ideal for kids and teens with a poker table, pool table, full kitchen fireplace hot tub s as bd sauna. Maine floor is beautiful with a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, stunning views. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need - everything! We would recommend this house and rebook again!
