Offering enough space and amenities to host up to four-six lucky guests, this family-friendly beach retreat is the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. Gather with your friends in the little private patio and share a fun time planning your next adventures, telling fun stories, or having a snack. There are a couple of rocking chairs on the front porch to enjoy your steamy morning coffee and start your day off on the right foot. The shared outdoor pool is about 50 steps from your home away from home and is the perfect place to unwind if you visit during the summer months. There's an outdoor shower at the pool area to rinse off the chlorine before heading back home.

Offering a prime and unbeatable location only 500 yards away from the beach, this home is the perfect home base for your next beach-cation. You'll be centrally located in the heart of Myrtle Beach and near the SkyWheel and the Ripley's Believe it or Not museum. A grocery store and local favorites E Noodles, as well as Angus Steakhouse and Seafood, are close by, while the Myrtle Beach Airport is only two miles away. Experience a thrilling afternoon at Family Kingdom Amusement Park, which is a short one and a half mile drive.

Sooo perfect

My self my mother in law and 3 teenage daughters had the best time at this location. We were able to walk to the beach, mini golf across the street, surf shop right around the corner! The location was perfect for all our needs. I can't express how adorable this property is. We will return no questions asked!! Easy check in and communication with host was easy!

Nice place a little short on amenities.

The place was clean when we arrived. There was however not enough pots and pans in the kitchen. The TV also didn’t have any tv service or even a cheap antenna would have been nice.

Things that need attention

House need pots and pans, need new furniture. It would've been nice to have a lamp and TV in the bedrooms. floors where not clean.

There was a stale oder in the house. It smelled old you might want to add some plug-in air fresheners. The shower curtain liners need to be replaced as they are getting a little grungy. A couple more pots and pans would be great. Otherwise i enjoyed my stay. It served the purpose. and pans would be useful

Review

The place was clean although it wasn’t a home it was a townhouse and it wasn’t a private pool like it said it was a community pool for the neighborhood of townhouses. So we weren’t very pleased with that but made the best of it anyway. The property was clean and it was quietBut the shower head was leaking and didn’t have much pressure and the valve meaning the hot and cold handle needs adjusting or replaced other than that it was a decent stay. We do like privacy so I doubt we would go back to this said property being it wasn’t a private home like it said on the ad on vbro

Nice property

A block from the beach. Only complaint is the utensils provided were worse than I'm used to at rental. I ended up buying a knife and leaving it for the next guy.

Amazing little house!

My family loved it, and wished we could stay forever. It's really close to all kinds of stuff in the area. We'll definitely book this house again next time we come back.

Perfect little condo

This condo was great for our trip. Traveled with myself, husband, and two daughters. Layout was good and house was clean. Had to contact the property manager once about a parking pass and it was timely and this issue was resolved so quick it wasn’t even an inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again which it is in a perfect location!

Would Not Book Again.

Found a frog in one of the bedrooms, found a pair of shoes under the couch and shower curtain could have been replaced as there was mold on the bottom of it. Linen on one of the beds was dirty and had to be cleaned before we would sleep on it. There were no cleaning supplies (we had to purchase our own), there was dish washing detergent however someone had watered it down. And there were so many cameras on the property it made my family feel like we were being watched at all times (at least four cameras). Finally a cleaning lady showed up and asked what time we were leaving well before our check out time.

Ideal Rental

My wife and I are pretty picky about where we stay and we found that this rental exceeded all our expectations. It was very clean, very comfortable, in a great little neighborhood/community, with great amenities, and close to everything we did in Myrtle Beach.

Had the best experience! Host 2as amazing and I very attentive through messaging. Very clean and close to the beach. Only negative was the tiny pool which our host had no control over. Will definitely like to stay here again when visiting Myrtle Beach

Beautiful Location

The location of this property was wonderful. The shower in the main bathroom had very little water pressure and the outside trash was full upon our arrival, which made our trash situation kind of difficult while we were there. However, the location was great, the host was prompt with questions, and we were overall pleased with our stay!

Lovely home 🏡

The house was very clean and wonderful all over. It had some damage to the floor, window screens in the front, paint chips around the bedroom, but that is just minor things. Either than that, the home was great and the owner was awesome with communicating with us. My biggest problem was that, when I arrived to the property, I was greeted with the property manager Bill Riviera, pulling up with his motorcycle on the sidewalk and telling me that i can't block the road way with my hummer and trailer. Which there was more than enough room for another trailer to pass on the side of mine. I paid very good money to stay at this property for someone to treat me like a outsider from another country. All i was doing, was unloading my bike to the parking space. And this is not the only time we had a encounter with him, 2 days later, my friend arrived and had rented a house 2 spots over a had friends visiting him and working on his motorcycle, changing out speakers. And here comes Riviera and pulls the same number to my friend and threats to have me and my friend thrown out of the property. I had nothing to do with my friends guess that visited him, they was not there for me. I spent alot of money for my vacation being at this property and I will not ever stay there again, if Bill Riviera is managing the property. The home is worth the money, but the aggravation is not !!!
