This new luxury single-family attached home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, located just one block from the public beach and a few steps from a community pool . Enjoy free parking right in front of the home and walk to the beach in minutes, where a lifeguard is on duty during the summer season.

First Floor:
Step inside to warm wood floors and a welcoming living area with comfortable seating and a queen sleeper sofa. The dining table seats six, and a large HD Smart TV with Live TV and Netflix provides entertainment. The first floor also features:
- A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, plus breakfast counter seating for two
- Half bath
- Laundry room with washer and dryer
- Access to a fenced backyard patio with a charcoal grill and seating for four
- The master bedroom on this level includes a queen bed, dressing table, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Second Floor:
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, love-seat sofa
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, twin bed with pull-out trundle, HD Smart TV with Live TV and Sling TV
- Full bathroom with tub/shower combo

The house was in a great location and near to lots of shopping and activities. Plenty of room and was very clean which is important to us. The hosts are quick to reply and answer all questions or concerns promptly.

This place was amazing! The host, Janet, was very great with communication. The property was very clean and the location had everything we needed within walking distance. We were very happy with this property and will definitely look at this location for our next family vacation.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT! After paying close to 550 for the stay not counting the additional fees adding up that are ridiculous Save your self the headache and do not even look at this place! Absolutely the worst experience we have EVER HAD!!!

The house presented very well on line, but upon arrival, the outside was un kept with cigarette butts and debri in the front yard and back yard area. The outside trash can was completely full with food trash that smelled bad, there were swimming pool related amenities on the ground outside a broken storage shed, the washer didn’t work, the furniture was covered with cheap slip covers that were ill fitting, the beds were old and very uncomfortable, the pillows had hair on them, and the upstairs bathroom shower would not drain, filling up with icky water for every use!There were a lot of really cute things about this place and it had plenty of room, but paying a 1.000.00 for a place not directly on the beach that had not been kept up and had the listed problems… well my family wouldn’t ever use this place againWhen I reached out to the owner, with the issues, they requested photographs and then suggested sending someone to look at the washer, I’m sorry but we were on vacation and didn’t feel like we should be dealing with fixing the houses issues. My suggestion to the owner would be to get updated, more comfy beds, fix the washer, and look into a better cleaning staff. A little love and attention would have made our stay much better.

For the price we paid, I did expect clean towels everyday but we only had enough for one night, we had to wash every day. The beds were not comfortable at all. The pillows were flat. The pool was very small according to all the rentals. Also, I wish I had done more research on the location. We heard sirens every day and night. Not really a good location for kids or adults for that matter. The only good thing I can say is the host was great with communication. We will never stay here again.

This location was truly amazing. This was a perfect location for me and my family because it was close to the beach and 5 mins from the base. It is a good size for 5 people.Place was very clean and the owner was very responsive to any questions I had. Perfect location for the beach and boardwalk.
