Welcome to your private Villa at the Beach.

Santa Barbara Beach Villa has a total capacity of 6 bedrooms, 6 baths (1 bath is a toilet room + outdoor shower). There are 2 homes on the property - each has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Ideal for families wishing to have separate spaces for kids and adults, families traveling together, and the perfect destination for a balance of comfort and amenities. The completely flat property is on an oceanfront private street - about 100 yards to the private beach access. The grounds are meticulously landscaped featuring stone patio seating areas, an orchard of fruit trees (apricot, plum, apple, orange, lemon, lime). Throughout the estate, you'll find lovely corners perfect for relaxing, reading a book, or conversation. For the more active in your group, the spacious front and back lawn areas provide the perfect playground, as well as a generous basketball area. When you're ready for the beach, you're just a 1-minute walk to the private beach access. We take care of the chairs, towels, and even some toys for the pool, lawn, and sand entertainment.

The two homes are anchored by a newly finished large pool and partially covered spa, along with a Baja shelf (perfect for kids to play and adults to lounge). Integrated in the pool is a large gas fire table with fire glass and 32 flames.

The entire property has been exquisitely renovated inside and out - from the flooring to the fixtures, to the bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchens - stylish in modern Mediterranean comfort. All new furniture and bedding from Restoration Hardware, Saatva, and Casper. Heated bathroom floors in the main house, steam shower accessible from spa area, vaulted ceilings throughout.

The second floor of the guest house has a large balcony with peekaboo ocean views and garden views.

The gated property is very quiet, serene, and private. The location is on an oceanfront street approximately 1 minute to private beach access.

The Villa also offers a fully detached office with printing/scanning capabilities.

Host was great and super responsive. He was available to explain all the things when we arrived. And even texted later to check if we needed anything. Location near the beach was ideal. Outdoor areas are beautiful and we were able to pick fresh lemons and oranges. Bedrooms were spacious and plenty of room for everyone. Only drawback was possibly due to the rain, the house smelled musty (especially master bedroom) and we couldn’t seem to air out the musty smell. Also outdoor seating cushions were not designed to quick dry, so even after 2 days of sun, we could not sit on them. Overall this was a great experience. Host provided lots of great information about “how tos” in the house and also things to do in the area.

The pool & spa were immaculate. The outdoor furniture was somewhat stained & not appealing. The floor & walls poolside were likewise in need of updating & deep cleaning. Inside was very clean. The flooring was old & uneven. The whole place was quite dated. But the layout was comfortable and provided a perfect setting for our group. The property mgr was extremely responsive & helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house was amazing! We fit our entire group comfortably and enjoyed using the outdoor area/pool during the day! The walk to the beach is very close and down a few stairs. We almost had the entire private beach to ourselves. The house was very clean and great for bigger groups or families. Would definitely come back and stay there. Brent was awesome and available for any questions/concerns. They also provided a fabulous guide for the house and Santa Barbara.

Beautiful home, wonderful stay

The home was perfect for our group with six bedrooms and enough room for people to be together yet also have their own space. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Having such easy access to the beach was amazing as well. While we had a slight misunderstanding with the host regarding the guest policy, it was quickly resolved. The host was also very responsive to the minor issues we ran into during our stay. Overall a great experience and we would happily stay again!

Perfect local family getaway...

Having two separate houses on the same property and sharing a central pool and spa worked out great for families. Almost everyone had their own bathroom. The front house has an old rustic Spanish style with upgraded appliances and modern lighting. Back house is newer, and more contemporary with a spiral staircase, and skylights. Kids loved the pool and adults enjoyed the spa, all controlled by a cell phone app. Beds and sheets were comfortable and soft. The grounds are overall well-kept and clean. One can walk around the perimeter of the property, which is fun. Lots of little nooks for privacy, in case one needs to take a phone call or alone time. Of note, commercial and military airplanes do occasionally fly over the property, as it is near an airport. The weather and sunsets were gorgeous during our stay. Steep incline and many steps down to semi-private beach was a big plus. A downside to the beach is the tar that got on the bottom of our feet and sandals, which we had to clean off with baby oil.

Stunningly beautiful luxury Mediterranean Villa

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed at our stay at this stunningly beautiful Mediterranean Villa. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the spa and found our beds and pillows to be very comfortable and extremely clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and the amenities are truly wonderful. If we have an opportunity to come back to Santa Barbara we will definitely consider coming back to this property.

Wonderful Vacation for extended family

This was our first VRBO and we loved it! The property was exactly as advertised and the two homes on one property provided a great area for extended family. The pool and spa were great, and the layout was perfect or our group. Communication with the property manager was easy - quick to respond to questions. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home, the pictures don’t do it justice. The beach access is fantastic, the pool and hot tub were a family favorite at night, and the host was extremely responsive and willing to go the extra mile. The location is beautiful and quiet but we kind of felt like we has to walk on egg shells for fear of angering the neighbors. Other tgan that it was perfect.

A great place for a family reunion

Our family of eight and four dogs enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was very nice. Very clean, very well stocked with everything that we needed. Private beach access was wonderful and the property is located not far from shops and restaurants.

Great family getaway

We had a wonderful time at your property. The houses were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved that there was croquet and plenty of floats for the kids. The outdoor patio furniture pads could be replaced or cleaned and the beach chairs provided are very tiny, so I suggest bringing your own. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would love to stay at this property again.

Great house for families

Perfect setup for our group - grandparents, kids and grandkids! We spent mornings at the beach -and pool was the highlight almost every afternoon! Hot tub a major plus for the tired bones of babysitting! Lunches outside on the spacious patio daily. Grill made for delicious barbecues. Outdoor shower a wonderful addition and so helpful with the little ones. House is very private in a beautiful neighborhood. And has one of the most gorgeous rose gardens out front!! Brent, property manager extremely attentive and responsive to all our needs. Just two things to be aware of - beach access involves a steep grade and about forty five steps! And property is in flight path of Santa Barbara airport. So we did hear planes from sun up to sundown.

Enjoyable Stay

We all enjoyed our stay, the house was a perfect setup for a family. The front house had a big kitchen and family area to all gather and eat. The back house was more of a gathering place to watch a movie, but it did have a nice kitchen also.The pool area was another good gathering place. The house had beautiful landscaping, the roses out front were really pretty and healthy looking. The host was attentive to our needs, even though we didn't have any he kept in contact. The only downside was that getting to the beach was quite a steep journey but doable for the young.

Wonderful Weekend in Santa Barbara

My friends and I had an incredible experience staying at Brent’s property in Santa Barbara. The house was even better than we expected with top-of-the-line amenities and an unbeatable location—Super comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms, and the hot tub is *chef’s kiss* Brent was also extremely helpful and immediately responded to any questions. Santa Barbara Vacation!

Our family of 9 (including my husband and myself, our 5 adult children and our 3 year old and one year old grandchildren) really enjoyed this stay! Having the separate houses with children who napped and went to bed early was great. The pool was pristine and enjoyed for hours a day as well as every evening - dinner outside and just hanging out afterward.. Most of us also used work out equipment daily - a nice bonus. The privacy was amazing in a very quiet neighborhood. We took 2 short drives to different beaches which we all enjoyed! There are so many hikes of varying degrees of difficulty - most of us did daily. Also checked out farmer's markets several days - produce in California is incredible! The houses were very clean and beds comfortable with nice linens. I would suggest that the living room furniture needs updated and kitchen drawers could be more organized. Also definitely needed a lot of dish towels and there were just a few. No dish rags. Theses were just minor things in an overall wonderful vacation!

Amazing get away in Santa Barbara

This property is absolutely amazing. It has everything you need and more. The outdoor patio is a beautiful space with pool, spa, steam shower, fire-pit, etc which is perfect for enjoying both night and day. The interior of the house is beautifully furnished and is so comfortable. The beach is less than a 3 min walk and is stunning. And there are bike and hiking trails that are easily accessible.. We rode on the bike path to University of Santa Barbara - and that was fantastic! Couldn't recommend this place any higher! The property manager was very responsive and super helpful!

Serenity in Santa Barbara

Our family of 10 really enjoyed our stay at this home in a beautiful neighborhood with access to a private beach. There are two, separate, 3BR homes with a pool and courtyard area between them. The homes are simply decorated and appointed with comfortable beds and amply stocked kitchens. The grounds are beautiful with lots of nice, outside sitting areas. An easy 3 minute walk away is a controlled gate that guests can use to access a very nice beach. The house is located in a lovely, very quiet neighborhood and a 10 minute walk away is a trailhead to an extensive trail system if you’re looking for a longer walk. This is a great location for a quiet getaway.

Amazing location!

What a lovely property! We stayed with another family (two families of 5) and one family took the main house while the other family took the guest house. Both are three bedroom, 2 bath and very spacious. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub and between the yard, pool and indoor spaces the kids were constantly entertained. What makes this house extra special is the location. Beach access is right across the street and it’s only for the neighborhood so the beach is quiet and private. Also down the street is a wonderful hike that goes along the ridge with beautiful views. The house was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. And we had plenty of space for 10. I would definitely stay again!

Sistas enjoying time together.

My three sisters and two nieces decided to take a trip together after not seeing all for two years or more, thanks to the painful pandemic. This property exceeded all of our expectations. The owner greeted us and made us feel so welcome. The two houses offered us lots of room to spread out. The fireplace, pool comfortable beds are worth noting. We really appreciated the immediate attention that Brant gave us when we needed the thermostat turned up remotely. The very short walk to the beach and trails made it easy to enjoy our early morning bird watch. An incredible experience would definitely return. Thanks for helping us make great memories.
