We stayed in this beautiful house for Our Daughter’s wedding in Santa Barbara.the space was perfect for the bridal party to to get ready for wedding the large island was huge for our brunch. Can not say enough about how beautiful this home is inside and outside so many places to relax the outdoor fireplace and the heated swimming pool,the landscaping it was perfect for our large family this is diffenty One of the best Houses we have ever rented Thank you again

This home has it all! Pool, ping pong, pool table, bocce ball, lovely bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and large hot tub. We dined outdoors and had soothing evening sing-along time as the fire in the huge outdoor fireplace warmed us. One of the best features was the multiple conversation areas spread throught the house.

Refreshing and relaxing vacation paradise!

What an incredible and serene getaway, conveniently located near everything! The home is stunningly beautiful, offering ample space for everyone to gather together or enjoy their own private retreat, whether indoors or outdoors. The kitchen is a chef’s paradise! The pool and jacuzzi were a huge hit, with plenty of outdoor space to relax, play pool, or simply dance in the grass. The location is ideal, with a walkable grocery store and shopping area featuring a smoothie shop, ice cream store, Starbucks, and much more. We were just a short distance from several beaches and Stearns Wharf, making exploring a breeze! We would absolutely love to return!

Great place for a reunion

We were visiting Santa Barbara with friends and just loved the house. It was very roomy, yet cozy. It would be a great place for a reunion.

Great Location

The house it in a great location. The main floor (living, Kitchen, etc) was very nice, unfortunately there is no bathroom on this level so it was difficult for our 90 yo grandparents.

Don't miss this one--GREAT place!

Absolutely great home in wonderful Montecito location with a large outdoor area with pool, hot tub, bocce ball, ping pong and pool table, and large lawn area. This is a super home for group or family get togethers and the owners were great to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Visiting from Michigan for son’s wedding

Very nice home & property and is located just short distance from the zoo, beaches and a grocery store is just down the street. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool as did the adults.

Loved the home and the location

This home is spacious and comfortable and beautifully inviting. We enjoyed the decor and all it’s amenities, including the amazing backyard and the home’s great location; an easy walk to the Downtown area of Montecito and close to downtown Santa Barbara, as well as a walk to the beach and nearby tennis courts too. Thank you, Julie, for a much-needed soul-nurturing family time together.

Fantastic Home for a family

This was a very nice 5 bed house with beautiful gardens and a pool plus hot tub. It is well furnished with great appliances.our family traveled from the East Coast and LA and enjoyed Santa Barbara which was a 15 minute Uber ride.our only disappointment was that after a five night stay the manager was unable to give us a one hour later checkout.

Spring wedding

We enjoyed our stay at the property very much. It offered everything we needed. Our family was there for a wedding, and the house had plenty of space (bedrooms and baths) to accommodate us. The outdoor space is the real bonus! The pool, spa and outdoor play equipment made it so much fun. We had amazing weather, so we enjoyed being indoor and out. Convenient location, easily walkable to shopping and beach. Great stay!

Lovely Home

This home checked all of our boxes and everyone from 3 years old to 70 enjoyed our stay and hope to return on our next visit to Santa Barbara. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, learned how the play pool, loved beating Nani at Ping Pong. The adults loved the warmth of the outdoor fireplace while making s'mores for kids, the hot tub while looking at the stars, and the well equipped kitchen for preparing dinners. We hope to try playing Bocce Ball during our next visit.

Great location

House was great in terms of activities on site. And easy walk to anything. Property manager was lovely. Smell of the house was quite pronounced and windows/doors needed to be open immediately. Downstairs smelled damp and like there was mildew. Family staying downstairs had a problem with that. Otherwise a great house.

Family staycation

Wonderful property and amenities. Loved the indoor/outdoor feel when pocket slider doors are fully open to the backyard area. Took advantage of all the amenities including playing bocce ball shooting pool playing ping pong and of course swimming and sitting in the jacuzzi. We made a fire in the huge outdoor fireplace every night roasting marshmallows for s’mores. Although the weather did not cooperate until the afternoons the pool temperature was comfortable to still go swimming. Our family of 8 including two children ages 5 and 1 plus the dog had ample room inside the house. There are a few areas that shows wear and tear including upstairs bathroom which needs an update but overall we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing space and fantastic fun yard to play

What an amazing home Julie shared with our extended family of 10 for our special weekend to celebrate my son's wedding in Santa Barbara. From the minute we walked in, everything was better than the pictures - bigger, more space, more beautiful with the whole back wall opened to the backyard. We had a fantastic time and even entertained the wedding rehersal party of over 30 for a BBQ dinner and games while adding some lawn games of corn hole, croquet and ladderball and we still had room leftover for table games. The great room connected to the kitchen was a fun hangout with the sofas inside and out and also had the beautiful fireplace roaring right outside the door by the pool and jacuzzi. Kitchen was stocked with tons of cooking pots and platters and silverware, cups and glasses and beds had plenty of linens and towels in the bathrooms. A tad bit short on kitchen towels, no salad tongs or spinner and paper towels, but we brought or bought our own with Von's right around the corner. They really did the place up right with quiet dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, labels on the light switches and all the fun and games right there - everybody loved the in-ground trampoline and had to try it out. Julie was quick to get back to us by phone when we had a question about a key or light switch. We hope to be back soon and enjoy this great house again!

Private, Spacious Paradise

We had an incredible time at this property. The photos don’t do it justice! It’s bigger and better than they give it credit. The hot tub is hot; the pool is heated just enough. If you have a big group that needs a lot of common space then this is perfect for you.

Paul and Julie Craig. My husband and I have been married for over 25 years. Five kids (his, mine and ours) Paul grew up in Santa Barbara and has never lived anywhere else. I grew up in the Los Angeles area.

We purchased this home in 2003. We spend five years doing renovations while living there! With a eye for design my husband fell in love with it's potential. It was a long road to accomplishing everything he wanted to do but eventually we succeeded. We wanted to live here permanently but due to the economy taking an unexpected turn we decided to turn our home into a vacation rental. We have enjoyed seeing many many families coming here for celebrations of all sorts and get to enjoy a wonderful place to come together and celebrate each other. This has brought us great joy.
