## Space

This 19m² private room with its full en-suite shower room features a convertible sofa with a 160x190 cm mattress and a 140 cm HD smart TV. A courtesy tray with coffee and tea will also be provided.

## Access

You will have private access to the entire bedroom and shower room, as well as to the laundry area with washing machine.
The first use of the washing machine is free. However, additional uses will be charged at €10.
Please note that the sauna in the room is not currently available. The garden is not private and is not accessible to travellers in the private room.

The villa's inhabitants will be at your disposal throughout your stay to share convivial moments.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area, yet just a stone's throw from the lively Villeneuve Loubet Plage district.
It's also an 8-minute walk from the famous Marina Baies des Anges and the sea.
A shopping area is located between the villa and the sea, so you'll be within walking distance of all the shops and amenities you'll need for a pleasant stay!

## Transit

The property is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the Villeneuve Loubet train station and 2 minutes' walk from the bus stop, making it easy to visit the Côte d'Azur without a car.
The freeway entrance and exit are less than 5 minutes away by car, and the airport is 15 minutes from the property.

## Notes

A free private parking space inside the property is available for one car, as well as a charging point for electric vehicles. The daily charge for one car is €15.
