Two days before we left for our trip, we received an email with instructions, which was great. But, it also stated if we wanted the pool to be heated it was an extra 45 per day and if we wanted to use the grill it was an extra 50 for the week. No where in the property details did it state that those two things weren't included, actually it states that all fees included "no hidden fees". Eventually they agreed and gave us the heated pool and use of the grill for the week for no additional charge. Unfortunately the pool did not heat up until day 3 of our stay.Also, the kitchen did not have sufficient supplies: no dish towels or dish rags, not enough dish soap and dishwasher soap for the week. One roll of paper towels was supplied along with one roll of toilet paper for the bathrooms. Again, not enough. We had to purchase everything which I've never had to do before. Every rental we've used in the past came sufficiently supplied. This was very disappointing. We did enjoy the community pools, that was the best thing about this rental. Unfortunately, we will not return to this rental again.

The overall rating is mostly impacted by the misleading location. We needed to be close to ESPN for an event we were attending without worrying with time and distance. On Vrbo website it states the location is 4 miles from where we needed to be. Which was actually 20 miles from where we needed to be. With all the road work around the the intersection and traffic it was drastically longer drive time than what we had planned for. Need more accurate location listed before paying so the options are what renters are looking for. You can only see the actual address after payment has been made otherwise we would have rented something closer. The house itself was great. We enjoyed the space. It was nice and clean. Had everything we needed.

The location in the house were great, although we did have some miscommunication due to the first night that was thankfully resolved the following day I believe I left more information for improvements via their company line with someone else.

The house was great and the pool amenities were fantastic! Loved being able to go to different pools around the community! Other than a small issue during check in, the communication with the host was good. We did have a couple issues with the dishwasher and refrigerator during our stay but the host was helpful with some of these issues. We did witness a heated argument with our neighbor and some other guests in the area that was alarming to our small children but other than that the community was wonderful! Very lovely stay!

Cons The house did not have essential cleaning items like a vacuum. Dishwasher was dirty and residue was stuck on the dishwasher, we couldn’t use it. House was not 1 min away from Disney - it was more like 23 mins. Using barcode to enter complex was very frustrating. Didn’t always work properly. Renters need to know to bring ALL cleaning products. Pros Spacious and clean house. Host was great and very responsive.

The place had boogers and roaches everywhere white stains on the couches the WiFi did not work so we could not even watch the tv my kids and I was forced to sleep in one room in the same bed and leave all of our things in the car bc of the roaches they do not advertise the roaches online but after u get there u find a we have roaches sign on the wall behind the door. The host was very un accommodating and did not care how this affected our trip as well as the sign said the bug people spray everyday they did not come during my whole trip.I was there to enjoy myself and I could not do that bc I was constantly having to calm the hostess people while I was out and about.The hosts never one time called me to correct any of my concerns. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FOR A FIRST TIME FAMILY VACATION.

Important things to note before booking

The property is roughly 20-40 minutes to the parks without traffic— certainly not 6 minutes as stated in the listing.If you choose to heat the pool, it costs 45/day. The grill costs 50 for your stay if you choose to use it. This would be nice information to disclose before booking. As stated in other reviews, supplies in the house are bare minimum. There are only 2 sets of towels per bathroom—we had 10 bath towels for 15 guests. Certainly should have enough towels to accommodate your amount of guests. I had to purchase dish rags and towels because there are none.The furniture downstairs is in poor condition Backs of the dining chairs were loose. The faux leather sofa was flaking off on our hair and clothing all week. Important to note the next door neighbor does not like any kind of noise during daylight hours. She came outside to complain. Keep this in mind if you have young children who plan on using the private pool. When getting your parking pass, be prepared for absolute chaos at the gate if you’re arriving around check-in time. Took my family at least 30 minutes to get our pass. Positives: House was decently clean, resort pools were clean, host is responsive, trash pickup daily, convenient to several restaurants, nice golf course. We had a good week— if the issues listed were resolved, we’d stay again.

Family vacation

Nice spacious house. Hot tub was warm not hot. Wi-Fi did not work. All TV's would not work with no Wi-Fi. Microwave needed cord manipulated to work. Thermostat fluctuated on its own.

Lovely house

The house itself is great! The club house and pool area are amazing too. Perfect size for what we needed for the week. The pool in the lanai was a highlight and we used it every day. The kitchen could use a bit more necessities like dish towels. The only negative I have is the traffic to get to the theme parks is insane. I would stay on Disney property 100% to avoid that traffic. The showers could use railings as it's very slippery.

Adequate

This place was adequate for our purposes- visiting Disney. It had plenty of room for everyone in our party. The ride to Disney took much longer than indicated in the listing. On average it was a 40-45 minute drive.If you plan to stay, note the hours of communicating with the rental service. Best to do by email.Bring dish towels if you plan to hand wash dishes/pots. Also we didn’t know about the additional cost to heat the pool and use the gas grill.
