New - Authentic Provencal country house - 18th century - Tourrettes sur Loup

Old bastide of the eighteenth century typical of the Vence region with its antique furniture.
You will have the first floor and the first floor of the house (90 m² of living space in total) with a garden of more than 3000 m² in a dominant position, and its hundred-year-old olive trees. The rest of the house is not occupied during your stay: it is reserved for your exclusive use.

On the first floor you have a living room, a dining room and a kitchen equipped with dishwasher.
On the first floor you will find the large bedroom (19 m²) with a double bed, the bathroom and a small living room.

Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful shaded terrace under a medlar tree in front of the house, with a beautiful view of the countryside and the neighbouring village of Bar sur Loup. It is worth noting the presence of another covered terrace.

Bed linen is optional. When pre-booking, remember to specify if you want to rent sheets.
You will have a washing machine.

The bastide is located in an exceptional natural environment, while being close to tourist sites. The hamlet of Pont du Loup and the Gorges du Loup are 5 minutes away.
The site is ideal for cycling with the presence in the immediate vicinity of the Balcons d'Azur road (12 km, old railway line).
You can also enjoy many hiking trails around the Courmettes area or the Gorges du Loup, within the Préalpes d'Azur Regional Nature Park.
The village of Tourrettes sur Loup has restaurants and all amenities (5 minutes by car).
In terms of access, Nice airport is 35 minutes away by car, the A8 motorway 25 minutes away.
Vence is 20 minutes away by car and Grasse 25 minutes away. Nice is accessible in 45 minutes.
