This was by far the worst trip I 've taken to the beach and its usually a wonderful experience for us. The room was dirty and you could tell it hadn't been stayed in for some time. When I brought it to the owner's attention she simple brushed it off I don't recommend this place to anyone. Do not waste your money with her; you will be very disappointed. There is no Seaside Serenity here or Luxurious to this room.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you felt this way about your stay, as that was not the experience reflected during your check-in. You arrived early and were personally guided into the room in real time, where you expressed that everything was satisfactory. Additionally, I followed up shortly after—before my cleaning team left the building—to ensure you had everything you needed, and again later that evening. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response or indication of any concerns during your stay. It’s also important to clarify that early check-in is not included and must be paid for in advance. No payment was received for early access, despite it being granted. I take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space for all guests, and I always make myself available to address any concerns immediately. Had any issues been communicated during your stay, they would have been promptly resolved. Wishing you the best in your future travels.

The code provided by host was not accurate. Couldnt get in and when i called property owner she told me code was correct. Went back to property and had to get on facetime with host only to find code given was not correct. she provided a different code and when i went in the property had not been clean from previous visitors. I asked for a refund and she has not responded yet. I didnt stay at property.

It was a nice stay; room was clean & great location plus the room was really cool and dry (after braving the Myrtle Beach heat and humidity). Parking was a bit hectic - I would suggest parking over in the garage across the street.

Location of property was perfect. You do get ocean view however there is another veranda balcony before you in addition to part of the building covers your balcony. It wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. When we walked in very fowl smell. I would encourage the owner to check it out as this wasn’t my best experience. All pools were closed so we didn’t even get to utilize any of that either.

Enjoyed ourselves

The unit was clean and in a good location. The property owner was available for any questions or concerns. Only thing I wish was in the unit was dishwashing liquid. Very pleased with our experience.

Sherry was amazing and accommodating during our whole trip, and even after we left. The location was perfect, steps from the beach and close to all amenities. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed for a week long visit.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations. While we always aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience, some of the concerns raised were outside of our control. For example, the beach stairs are a permanent and unavoidable part of accessing the oceanfront — a detail visible in our listing photos. Regarding daily cleaning, we do offer additional services upon request, and I offered this option during your stay, but unfortunately, it was declined when you learned there was a fee. As for the coffee pot, we provide a standard coffee maker as listed in our amenities. We understand preferences vary, but we cannot guarantee specialty appliances. What’s most concerning is the door being left unlocked and unsecured, which creates a serious safety issue. While we understand frustrations can arise, compromising the property’s security isn’t acceptable. Additionally, your claim about the coffee pot being the reason for this action does not reflect the level of responsibility we expect from our guests. We wish you the best in your future travels and hope you find accommodations that are a better match for your needs.

My first time at Myrtle Beach

The suite was not cleaned is difficult to describe the smell in the suite. I don’t know if it’s humidity or something else. The space is nice and the view is too.There is no beach chairs or towels, no instructions for the wi-fi.

Softball getaway

Communication with Sherry from the beginning was outstanding. She was very accommodating place was the perfect size for a weekend getaway. A lot to do on property, I would definitely book again, went for my granddaughter’s softball tournament when it was just perfect.

Reviews are important to read.

I read all of the reviews after getting to the room and seeing that the floor was dirty and you could barely see out of the windows (ocean view was nice after cleaning the windows). All complaints from 4 years are still unfixed and not taken seriously from the owner or host at all. Could be a very nice place.

Great stay

The room was very clean upon entering and it smelled clean which was a very big plus. The view is great despite the building in front, be aware that the building up front can have people seeing into some of your space but we didn’t have any issues with it. The check in process was seamless, be aware that the host will send check in instructions at check in time the day of. (the room has a door code lock so no front desk stop), this process is different than other experiences I had so just be aware, the host is very communicative when needed. The bed is extremely comfortable! Pools were fantastic, there’s 2 pool/hot tub areas. The ground floor one was packed but there is another pool/hot tub area on the 7th floor that offered FANTASTIC sunset views while relaxing in the hot tub and there were not many people in that area. Will absolutely stay again.

Property was great, perfect for two people. Sitting on the balcony listening and watching the ocean was beyond amazing! Bathroom needs upgraded, shower curtain and towel rack broken. Leak in shower faucet, but otherwise shower worked. Would go again!

Wonderful Oceanfront Condo

This condo was perfect for the 2 of us traveling. Was able to cook in the kitchen, and it was enough for us. We truly enjoyed this place, and Sherry was wonderful at communicating and checking on her guests. We loved the pools and amenities here. And we absolutely loved sitting on the huge balcony one floor down from our room. We stayed out there every night and watched the waves come in, with the moon shining. It was very peaceful. Definitely will be revisiting this place. Highly recommend.

View was awesome

The view and proximity to the beach was bar none. The air conditioner in the unit leaked water the entire time we were present, so that within itself was very inconvenient. The shower curtain was mildew, so we burnt candles to mask the mildew smell. Location: 10 View: 8 Room: 5
