Ocean & Large Pool Facing Beautiful Condo on 3rd floor with same floor parking

This unit is in Shores of Panama Resort, beach front unit on 3rd Floor. Easy to walk up stairs and no need to wait for elevators. Reserved parking spot on same floor and very close to the unit. Fitness Center, Trash Chute, Elevators and Stairs are right next to the unit. Must be 25 yr old to rent. Unit comfortably accommodates 4 adults (bedroom + 2 additional twin beds in living area) and 2 kids (Bunk Bed) in separate room. Unit has Washer/Dryer, Cooktop, Refrigerator, Oven, Dishwasher and all the utensils . Bring your favorite Kcups for Coffee in the morning while sitting on Patio overlooking the pool and ocean.
There is additional $85 Resort Fee (For Wrist bands and Parking Pass) to be paid on arrival (not included in your payment). If you want, we can buy that in advance and make that available in the unit. Details for buying the registration packet will be included in check in instructions sent prior to check in.

The location of the room was amazing, same floor parking, elevator right across the condo was perfect for us. The balcony overlooks the pool, which with kids wanting to have some independence was great. The condo itself was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The Host is very responsive and kind. We will definitely book with him again for the future!

We booked this condo just two days before our trip, and the host was very responsive and quick to get us our check-in information. When we arrived, our parking spot was taped off with caution tape, but the owner immediately addressed it and was helpful throughout our stay.That said, guests should be aware that the property is currently under heavy construction. The parking garage and exterior had scaffolding and caution tape everywhere, and the condo itself is definitely in need of updates. The outside light didn’t work, several bulbs were out, bed had large chipped out places, there were scrapes and water spots on the walls and ceilings, furniture was dirty and popcorn fell out when we leaned it back, electrical taped dining light and the floors were not clean enough to walk barefoot without making your feet black. Overall, the unit had a “in need of repairs and update” feel to it.On the positive side, the pool area was beautiful, the amenities were nice, and the location was excellent—close to shopping and restaurants. Those features really made the stay more enjoyable.This was a “not great but tolerable” experience, and we appreciated having a responsive host, but the disrepair and cleanliness issues definitely need to be addressed. We would consider staying here again in the future once the updates and renovations are complete.

My overall impression of this condo is poor. The pool area is very good. Construction was going on just outside our condo door. They were doing pressure washing right outside our door. When finished there was standing water in the hallway that we had to go through to access parking, etc. The condo was in poor condition, old and outdated. It was not clean!

Our stay was consistent with the other reviews. The unit was very nice / clean; with everything we needed for the week. The view from the balcony was terrific. The third floor was perfect. The reserved parking space was in a very convenient location. The resort itself was very nice; pool was great and very close to the ocean. We would stay here again.

Beach trip

We have stayed at Shores of Panama many times. While the elevators can be slow at times we continue to go back. Great location. Wal-Mart across the street, Pineapple Willies next door. Would be great to have more activities at the complex but the pool and beach are wonderful.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

The location is perfect! Close to everything, and the pineapple Willy is next door. Our condo had a perfect view of the sea, the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, and the appliances are in great shape The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the whole condo feels like a home away from home.

Loud disruptive construction 3 out of 6 days of our stay

When we arrived on Friday afternoon there was a loud agitating grinding noise coming from the floor above us. There was lots of water pouring from the walkway above so we assumed it was just from pressure washing. It was silent Saturday and Sunday, however at 8 am Monday morning the noise returned. I walked down to the front desk to make a noise complaint and ask for it to stop so we could sleep. That's when I was then informed there was construction going on along the outside wall of the elevator shaft and our host should have informed us prior to the stay. We were in-fact not informed and when asked, the host stated he was unaware of any further construction to the building. We all found this extremely hard to believe considering the construction was on the elevator shaft. The noise continued from 8am to 5pm for the last 3 days of our stay, making it impossible to sleep. It was so loud the TV had to be turned to almost full volume just to hear it. We could not escape the noise. It disturbed us all day whether we were in the condo, by pool, or out on the beach. We even returned to our condo one day and found an employee pressure washing outside our door and when we walked in there was a huge puddle of water inside for us to clean up. Overall we were quite disappointed by our stay at this property. Aside from the constant noise disturbing us, we all left the property sick and congested from all the dust particles floating around from the construction.

Weather was great, condo was nice, property and pool area were well taken care of. Bar by the pool is a nice place to sit, have a drink and watch the sun set.

Location was on the beach, and very nice. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Plenty of space for our family of four. We would stay here again.

Nice Enough

Compared to the other condos at the resort, this one was definitely in need of some TLC. The room was nice enough for a weekend at the beach with family. All accommodations were there. Just a little outdated and worn down condo.

Love the beach, Shores of Panama ❤️❤️❤️

The third floor was great we didn’t have to use elevators and to have third floor parking reserved was great. The unit was clean and kitchen fully equipped with Appliances and dishes pots ,pans silverware. Bed was comfortable king size. The staff works around the clock cleaning and maintaining pool and building. The beach was beautiful white sand like powder. I’ll be back next year. And furthermore Walmart right across the street how convenient.
