Experience the warmth and comfort of a home in our contemporary, bright and modernly designed townhome! City and skyline views can be enjoyed from the living area and master bedroom windows, as well as the rooftop deck. This place is perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those in the city for business!

Must be twenty two years old or older to book.

This place is located in Capitol Hill - 13 mins away from Seattle Center, 6 mins to Frye Art Museum, 8 mins to Seattle Public Library-Central Library, 10 mins to Emerald City History Walks, as well as Wings Over Washington and The Seattle Great Wheel. It is also surrounded by different bars and restaurants.

This is a four-level home with a small bedroom and hallway bathroom on the ground level, a kitchen, living area and dining area on the second level, master bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and laundry closet on the third level, and rooftop deck access on the fourth level.

The first-floor bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin XL bunk bed and the third-floor bedroom has a California King-sized bed - which makes this place comfortably hosts up to 5 guests!

The kitchen and living room area are fully equipped with everything you need to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working. There are also 2 full workstations with office chairs - perfect setup for those who are working from home!

I have full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!

The house also includes high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Chromecast and Netflix access where you can log in to your own account.

Other amenities you can enjoy during your stay: ground-floor yard, cornhole, outdoor dining table, and roof deck access with seating. A free street parking permit is also included with the unit.

** The city picks up garbage from our unit on Friday mornings (we provide earplugs). If you're staying on Thursday night, I might ask your help putting the garbage cans out front. Thank you in advance!

Great location for exploring Seattle

This is a cute, clean and comfy home base for exploring Seattle. Well-equipped with everything, from kitchen items to toiletries and TP. Michael is a very attentive and friendly host!

Perfect spot just off campus

A nice weekend getaway...

Overall, the property is very nice and in a very convenient location but had a few cleanliness and maintenance issues. I addressed those with the owner, and I feel he will be quick to address them for future renters.

Alabama loves Capitol Hill

We loved loved loved our stay at this property, and hope to stay there again when we visit our daughter during her year of service in the city with JVC Northwest. This flat is immaculately clean, nicely outfitted, and well-located. The only wish item I had is a dedicated parking space, but it appears that there was little of that in the community overall, which I understand. Anyways, thank you for a wonderful experience here!

Great location. Bright and comfortable.

Very nice property. Lots of windows so the whole place was very bright. Nice roof top patio. Lots of steps which was no problem for us but may be a problem for some. Can be noisy on the weekends but property owner thoughtfully left earplugs in the side table beside the bed!

Capitol Hill Cool

Michael has an excellent place in Seattle's Capitol Hill. We had never been to the city before and were there to see a performance at the Showbox which is less than 2 miles from the Condo. The place is decorated lovely and has a ton of stores, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Downtown/Pike Place/waterfront was a 10-15 min drive from the location as well. The patio is closed in and the rooftop makes a great sundeck. This fit my family of 4 nicely!
