Beautifully decorated with very nice high-end furniture, this vacation rental will please the eye and all your needs. There are two indoor living spaces each with a fold-out sofa and TVs. The bright new kitchen offers all you need to prepare and serve up your family's favorite meals. Don't forget the grill on the deck for added meal prep options. The dining room table will seat 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar for three. The buffet holds cards and board games for hours of family competition and fun. Also on the main floor, you will find a master with a queen-size bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and double sinks in the beautiful bathroom. There is a half bath for added convenience.

The second level boasts another master with a King-size bed, TV, and it steps out to a balcony to enjoy the day or the evening stars. The bath has double sinks, a tub, and a shower too. The bunk room has a twin over a full and a twin trundle, so it can sleep up to 4. There is a desk and a TV and you can step out to the deck and relax outdoors. Across the hall is another bathroom. The washer and dryer are located just down the hall.

The bonus loft is Detroit-themed, roomy, and offers comfy furniture to relax and watch some TV on. There is a mini-fridge for your convenience as well. You may want some cool drinks as you step out to this awesome deck. Comfy patio furniture galore! Enjoy the sunny BLUE skies St. George has to offer or at night the stars love to display themselves year-round!

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.
