Great property, comfortable beds and lots of toys n games! We did have some storms at the resort that closed the pool so having a pool at the house was fantastic!

Great House for a Disney trip!

We loved staying at this house for our Disney Trip. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and felt like we had plenty of room to spread out. The location to the parks was fantastic, pool was great especially after a long day at Disney and the host was very responsive to any messages that were sent to her. Would definitely recommend staying at this property!

BEWARE OF ROACHES!!!! The home had multiple roaches found throughout the kitchen. The host was horrible to deal with. The first two days of our Disney vacation were spent on the phone fighting the host for a refund. The cleaning in this home is extremely sub par. A layer of grease and food cakes the underside of the microwave. A child's dirty underwear were left in plain view on the floor of the bedroom. Horrible experience.

We would NOT host this guest again. She reported a pest concern and characterized it as an “infestation.” In over five years of operating this rental, we have never had a complaint of this nature, and the home receives regular professional pest control service. We responded immediately, contacted VRBO, followed their protocol, and arranged an emergency Sunday visit from our licensed pest control company. The home was professionally inspected and treated, and the technician did not determine it to have the infestation alleged. Despite our immediate response, the guest demanded a full refund, reimbursement for food, and that we locate alternative accommodations for her family. She contacted more than a dozen VRBO representatives during the resolution process, creating overlapping and conflicting communications. After requesting immediate pest treatment, she then objected to the professional treatment because her belongings were inside the home. She ultimately chose to leave and accused us of dishonesty, stating, “you have a lawsuit in your future” along with multiple legal threats. We remained responsive and professional, followed VRBO’s process, and documented our actions throughout. We would not recommend this guest to other hosts

This is our favorite home in Windsor Hills. The neighborhood itself is great- secure with many activities available, and this home is situated within WH in such a way that it is quiet yet very accessible. Private heated pool and hot tub, as well as a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable living spaces are top notch. The view of Disney fireworks at night is a perfect bonus! Dana, the owner, is exceptionally responsive and kind. This was our 3rd stay in this home and I have never been disappointed!

Great house in a perfect location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this adorable home! The location was perfect with very quick access to the parks, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. All of the rooms were cozy, clean, and well equipped. Our kids loved the bunk room and that there were toys in the room they could enjoy while we were there. The property management team were so easy to work with too. The house was great and the perfect size for our family. Location to dining, groceries, gas, etc. was also great. We didn't have to travel far to get additional things we needed. The grandkids loved the pool and the kids room with toys was a big plus to help keep them occupied.Overall, the house was pretty clean and had everything we needed. We loved the privacy in the backyard area and enjoyed watching the fireworks in the evening. The reason for 4 stars is because the house does need some regular upkeep and maintenance. The dryer vent was not attached to the wall in the laundry room, so this made the laundry room and the garage/game room very hot. The game room was pretty much unusable. There was mold on the duct work at the ceiling in the laundry room that needs to be treated and cleaned up. The exhaust vent in the main bedroom looked like it was coming loose from the ceiling. Having said all of that, if these items are corrected, I would absolutely stay in this house again!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and safe, with us feeling secure with security provided at the gate. The outside space was good, with a nice warm pool all the time. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. We loved the easy drive to Disney, shops and restaurants. Universal was not a long drive either. The property was not particularly clean on arrival. The towels were well worn and not particularly fresh even after washing and the bed linen didn't smell fresh either.

Great location for Disney trips

House was as described and we enjoyed our stay. Great location with Walmart, Starbucks, restaurants, and of course the parks close by. Hot tub was welcome at the end of a Disney day. If you order Starbucks on the way to the park give it at least 20 minutes lead time. The house was neat and tidy and the beds very comfortable. We found it a little odd that there was no dish detergent or scrub brushes/sponges (I know you want guests to clean!) but the house was missing nothing else!

Exceeded our expectations

We were in the Orlando area for a cheerleading competition and to also go to Disney. This property was 20 minutes to the Orange County Convention Center and 10 minutes to Disney. The location was more than amazing! We felt safe as the neighborhood is gated. The check in process was so easy and quick. The pool was so nice to relax in after being on our feet all day. The house was so clean and comfortable! Our bed was amazing, and our pillows were so comfy. There is nothing bad I can say about our stay at all. Dana was so responsive when I would send her a text. My family can’t wait to go back next year. I highly recommend this property!! 100/10

Close to Disney Parks & spacious for a family!

This house is a great value for the location, size and space. The house has lots of room, and a great family room space (actually 2). The host was friendly and very responsive, which was very appreciated. As clearly stated in the description, cleaning items are not provided. We brought our own, but found many of the dishes needed to be cleaned before we used them.Additionally, some of the sheets/towels could be freshened up and housekeeping could pay a little more attention to cleaning in general. We loved the proximity to all of the Disney Parks and the space the house provided. It is in a very nice gated community as well, and we felt quite safe.We would definitely consider staying again.

Thank you Nicole for your response. I appreciate your review, kind words, feedback. Good news the home had a total refresh a week after your stay so all of those items were addressed. These homes can be busy thru certain seasons and we knew it was time to fluff things up before we head into the end of winter thru Spring. The break in the schedule allowed our team to complete that task. Appreciate you all and hope you will come back again soon!

Location - location - location Close to everything … had I been going to Disney Parks, I would have likely stayed on property - but since we were there for dance - we did not. The place itself was roomy and fit our needs - even though we didn’t use the bunk bed room - I love that toys were provided for guests. The host said their cleaner was hospitalized - so I understand - but 2 bathrooms were dirty - the showers need de-calcified. There also appeared to be dog hair on a bed - we just didn’t use the comforter. Besides this - my only other comment is for a home at this price point, certain amenities shouldn’t be “bring your own” like paper towel or toilet paper .. had I flown and not drove A that means a trip to Walmart (which is like a mile away) becomes a must.Don’t get me wrong - would totally stay here again - just providing th best feedback I can.
