This premium property is one of only 12 ground floor/single level villas at the resort and accommodates ten (10) guests in beds.

Gourmet kitchen offers everything needed including stainless steel appliances, island bar with four barstools, and a dining table for six (6).

The family room boasts a sofa (non-sleeper), Smart TV, access to a private patio with hot tub, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, patio furniture and dining table, and rooftop margarita sundeck with ocean view.

The master suite features a king-size bed (sleeps 2 guests), Smart TV, access to patio, private bathroom with double vanity, and separate tub/shower.

Guest bedroom has a queen-size bed (sleeps 2 guests), Smart TV, access to patio, a private bathroom with double vanity, and shower.

Guest bedroom has two queen-size beds with 2 full-size upper bunk beds (sleeps 6 guests), Smart TV, private bathroom with double vanity, and a shower.

Bath linens, bath and hand soaps, and shampoo/conditioner are provided. However, beach towels, beach chairs are not provided.

Full-size washer/dryer, central air-conditioning/heating, free Wi-Fi, keyless entry system, and free parking are included.

Beautiful Villa
We truly enjoyed our stay. Two of our showers were malfunctioning but the property manager was easy to get a hold of, despite being Thanksgiving day, and had someone fix it same day. Kitchen had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and pool/pool bar. All in all a wonderful stay!

Good! Not great.
Love the location. Space was perfect. It was the little things that let us down. TP and Paper towels were cheap. Laundry didn’t supply soap. No cooking essentials like salt and pepper. No coffee filters. No lighter for BBQ. No beach towels (that was explained in listing). Would have been perfect if a few extra dollars were spent to make it a home away from home. Probably will stay at a different spot within Bella Sirena next time.

Resort amenities include five (5) swimming pools (including a heated swim-up pool bar), two (2) community hot tubs, community charcoal BBQ grills, covered pavilion, fitness gym, tennis/paddle ball court, putting green, large grassy play area, palapas on the beach, secured parking area for boats, off-road/ATV's.
