Beautiful quiet beach home, short walk to the beach.

A newer two story 3 bedroom 2 bath home located on a quiet street in the Bay Harbor Subdivision. The home has beach views from every room (200 yds from ocean). There are two large covered decks to enjoy the ocean views and crashing waves. You can enjoy sunsets every night from the back deck or get a better view from the 2nd floor deck. The home has a large living room with 10ft ceilings open to the kitchen. There is a 55 inch smart TV with high speed internet in the living room. The island in the kitchen seats 6 and there is also a small breakfast table for two. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. The master bedroom has a queen bed on the main floor. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and the 3rd bedroom (the bunk room) has 3 twins, 1 full and a queen futon. The bathrooms both feature a quartz double vanity. One bathroom has tub shower combo the other is a shower. The ground floor is a great place to enjoy the ocean breeze or shower off in our outdoor shower . Down stairs has an 8ft picnic table as well as a grill. The neighborhood has two boat launches (great fishing), a fishing pier, and a pavilion. What we love about this house is that its a very quiet neighborhood outside the big city. Our house's unique properties are that its higher than most of our neighbors for more privacy and views of the ocean.

We rented this home for my daughter’s birthday. It is a few blocks from the beach but it’s across the street from a busy road so it’s best if you drive to the 2 beach entrances across the street. It does look like the pictures however the entry has water damage due to the leaking front door. The kitchen had what we needed and it was spacious enough for family to join us for dinner. Overall she had a great weekend.

The owners were great in accommodating us with extra guests and we really appreciated it. The kitchen needed more silverware and coffee cups to accommodate the 11 guests as stated. The pots and pans were scattered in the cabinet and not together. The electric skillet was in one cabinet and the lid which we found later was in the tall cabinet next to the fridge. The pot holders were in need of washing which we did. Some of the kitchen pans were rusted and need to be replaced. All in all the kitchen was very disorganized. I didn’t appreciate having to look for useable pans. In the downstairs shower the liner was molded and was taken off and put in to be washed. There were several lights that were out. The outside furniture was broken as we found out when we sat in it. On the main deck there were only two safe chairs in my opinion. On the garage level there were dirty life jackets and other things that were in a corner. We have stayed in several VRBO’S and Air B&B’ all over the world so we know what to expect. You just need to have better quality control and whoever is taking care of your property needs to inform you of items to be replaced or cleaned.

It was ok. Bed linens on the upstairs bed had brown stains, house swayed entirely too much, had to kill a large roach, too many stairs, tv in the upstairs bedroom was small and had no channels so we had to purchase a Roku for that, rooms were small but manageable, smoke detector in downstairs bedroom kept going off then stopping, two chairs on the outside main deck were broken. The house was located in a great spot though and we had a good time.

We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the great amount of space. The ocean view was beautiful and closeness to the beach was a big perk!My children stated the kids’ room with bunk beds were “cozy” and easy to sleep on. I would say the only thing needed was a more noticeable place to put the note about trash day. Overall, this house was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation!

Overall good

Overall it was a good experience for us. The location is nice and the beach was quiet and perfect for a family. The overall house was clean and comfortable. The pack n play provided in the house could use a good cleaning so we chose not to use it. The one concern we had was the flooring by the door when walking in is very soft and the wood is rotting. I can see how that could happen with a house so close to water, but did pose a safety issue with a house full of very young children. Again, overall very good experience and if those issues are addressed we would consider staying again. The host was quick to answer and allowed us to check in early which we appreciated.

Great house!

The house was so nice clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen , our favorite spot was the balcony! Easy access to beach! would recommend!

Short vacay

Beautiful on the inside, I didn't realize it was further out from the seawall and restaurants and other stores. The only thing I could say wrong is the Tvs did not work the first night and we weren't able to watch TV until late the next day after figuring out it was not plugged in correctly otherwise my family and I enjoyed the relaxation of just getting away.

Great Getaway

We stayed at the property for a great quick getaway from day to day life. The outdoor spaces are great and neighborhood quiet. One note that wasn't in the description is they have both a Kurieg and normal coffee maker. Close enough for a quick getaway, far enough to unwind.

I realize this is very near the water but, there might be another floor product available that would actually stay adhered to the underfloor. My only concern!!!!

The double balcony on the home allows wonderful chances to wake up and enjoy the view without waking anyone else in the house. Patio Shower is a great place to rinse off the sand from the beach on your person and toys.
