Family and Pet friendly house

Welcome to the Phoenician by the Sea! This bright and modern beach house is the perfect place for a trip with the family, pets, friends or a romantic get-away. It's a short 5 minute walk to the beach through a quiet neighborhood. It comes equipped with all the amenities from home including beach essentials. The island sunsets and star gazing from the balcony are spectacular!
The space
We provide all the amenities from home so you have less to pack. From a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, to a washer and dryer with detergent pods provided. The bathrooms include a dispenser with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. There's plenty of outdoor seating and a picnic table. After some fun on the beach, there is an outdoor shower on the ground level to rinse off excess sand.
Guest access
You have access to the entire house.
Other things to note
Age Limit: Minimum Age Limit for Renters: All reservations MUST be made by individuals at the age of 25 or older. Adults cannot rent properties on behalf of under age guests.
Special occasions must be disclosed at the time of booking and prior approval is required. In order to respect our neighbors, we do not allow disruptive parties.

Great property reasonably priced. Great beach access, outside of town so you don’t have to deal with as much traffic and noise. Highly recommend!

We had a large family vacation and this house made for the perfect trip! He was quick to respond and very helpful. The location was great! We had four kiddos and they really enjoyed going right down the road to crab hunt at night. We had a great experience here and hope to visit again!

Great stay with the family - 7 people. It was nice that everyone had a bed to sleep in without anyone having to be on the couch. Convenient location for visiting places along the seawall. We would gladly stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family trip! The large dining table was great for games and the kitchen was well equipped. It was an easy walk to the beach and the outdoor shower made cleanup afterward a breeze.

The house shakes at times for no known reason. The beds were comfortable but the bed covers are very thin and worn in 2 of the rooms. The house had an "odd" unpleasant smell for the first day yet it was well cleaned. Overall it was okay. Location was exceptional and so was the host.

The property was good, location great on West End, clean home. Things to improve would be new pans, there was only one and it was heavily worn, new towels and wash rags, very worn and mismatched, new light bulbs our closet light out and rooms were dark and a new TV remote. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you !

My favorite thing about this property was its location. It’s located far enough away from the business of Galveston to give what feels like a private beach experience but close enough to the attractions like the moody center or grocery stores.The home was pet friendly, included a gate on the porch and several locations to wash.I didn’t know there would be an outdoor shower which was very cool. I’d always wanted to try one.We forgot beach toys for our toddler but luckily enough the place had much for us to use.We had fun!

Great family getaway….

A nice getaway for the family in a quiet neighborhood and private neighborhood beach with no vehicles allowed on the beach. Short trip into town and the Seawall. Thank-you for a great stay.

Great Family Vacation

Walking distance to beach made a spring break stay with small kids with less than ideal weather, an absolute amazing time! House is very tidy, beds are comfortable. Communication with host was fantastic.
