Your vacation rental is organized on two levels. - On the raised ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room, a lounge, a bedroom (1 160x200 bed), a toilet. - Upstairs: a bedroom (2 80x200 beds that can be twinned into a 160x200 bed, 1 80x200 bed), another bedroom (1 160x200 bed) including a bathroom with shower, an independent bathroom with shower, a toilet. - Outside : Private enclosed garden of 800 m². Private room of 5 m² to store your bicycles, water sports equipment or other items. - Parking: At the entrance to the property, in a shared courtyard with the other gîte (100 m²) House comprising two gîtes: this one upstairs and the second on the garden level. Without facing each other, each one has its own independent entrance and its own private exterior. Accommodation reserved for leisure customers There are places we wouldn't want to leave. The Roz Vallée gîte will do this for you. This family home opens its doors, its soul and its history to you. Carefully restored, it is a perfect blend of old-world character and modern comfort.
