Our stay in Kauai was absolutely wonderful! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, providing the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Every detail reflected the care and hospitality of the hosts, Susan & David, who were responsive and friendly, making the entire experience seamless from booking through check-out. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return on our next trip to Kauai. Highly recommended!

The property was not pristine, the sliding glass doors were incredibly hard to open, one had the screen door completely off and lying against the door. Refrigerator and freezer were dirty and missing parts.

While the overall cleanliness rating for the unit is very strong, we will check with our property manager to see if there were any issues related to training new housekeeping staff. We also would have arranged additional cleaning during your stay if you had notified us at the time. The other maintenance concerns you mentioned were addressed during the next vacancy.

We had a wonderful stay in Kaua'i at this condo! The location was great: only about a 20min drive from the airport and a few minutes walk to the beach. The condo was a relaxing place to come back to at the end of each exploration day. Thank you for providing a wonderful place to stay during our vacation!

Communication with the host was easy and prompt. The condo was comfortable and fit the needs for our group well (4 adults, 1 teenager and 2 kids). There are two pools close to the condo and neither was too busy during the time we were there. We enjoyed both the pools and hot tubs at both locations. The location of the condo is great! It was easy to walk to Brennecke, Poipu, and Shipwrecks beaches (10-15 min). We loved having access to beach chairs, a cooler and boogie boards (there was also a wagon and umbrella, as well as sand toys etc that we didn’t end up using). Boogie boarding was the best at Brennecke’s and we liked floating/playing in the waves the best at Kiahuna Beach which was just a short drive away. Lots of great shopping close by. We throughly enjoyed our time and would stay here again.

We loved our stay! The property is conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We loved the 2 queen beds in 1 room and the king in the other allowing everyone in our group to sleep well. The shared space is open and comfortable with plenty of seating so we could all hang out together. It was a great place to stay for our family

We were very pleased with the condo at Regency at Poipu Kai. It was in a great location close to the beach and restaurants. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We loved our stay in Poipu!

Two Wonderful Weeks in Paradise

This property was fantastic with roomy bedrooms a nice living room and kitchen. The property had clean, well maintained barbecues and a swimming pool about 1 minute from the condo. Beautiful beaches were only a short scenic walk away and there were plenty of restaurants in the area.

Beautiful property

We absolutely loved the condo. Perfect location for all our needs. Short walk to the beach. We could walk to many restaurants and shopping area. We loved that their was a local fruit/veggie stand within walking distance also. Very nice place to stay Would definitely recommend
