This is a wonderful property right in the middle of Poipu Beach and Shipwreck beach,about 10 mins to each. It is on the nature walk path and is very calm and relaxing. The pool is amazing and the kids had so much fun at the pool. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here on our next visit!

If you're looking for a quiet location that's close to Poipu Beach, this is great. Quiet, large condo with a lovely pool. It was wonderful that these condols supply chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach toys too. Easy to park and walk to the beach. We enjoyed our time here.

Wonderful Location and Accommodations

These villas are so close to Poipu Beach. We walked there constantly during our stay. The villas were roomy and well cared for. The pool was beautiful and an added amenity. In addition all of the beach items in the garage were so helpful. Especially the wagon! We will definitely return!

Perfect Family Rental

This place was perfect for our stay with a toddler and two sets of grandparents. The place looked even better in person and was very clean. If there was anything to critique it would be sometimes hearing the footsteps from the people in the unit above and an occasional loud group in a neighboring unit, but nothing lasted after quiet hours and overall the whole complex was very quiet and peaceful. Came with everything we could have asked for and more. Excellent location next to the pool and a short walk to two beaches. Five stars and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo- perfect for families with little ones-gorgeous pool & grounds as well❤️

Wonderful hosts, great communication, easy check-in, the list goes on & on! These owners thought of literally everything to make our stay more comfortable & convenient- very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen & everything you might need for a day @ the beach (which is a 5 minute walk from the condos) - we will definitely be back!

Getaway with Friends

Wonderful location and within short walking distance to the beach. We especially appreciated the beach accessories: 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, a surf board, and beach toys for the younger kids.

Beautiful resort property, close to stunning beaches.

Beautiful resort property, very close to stunning beaches. Our group was 6 adults and 1 toddler. This is a ground level unit, which is fantastic. No stairs, no elevator, easy to step off the lanai and walk to the beach. Keypad entry made it easy for our large group to come and go. Under 10-minute walk to Poipu Beach – even when pulling the beach wagon provided. The beach is lifeguarded and “protected” by jetties, so it is generally friendly for kids and snorkelers – and sea turtles, who sun there in the late afternoon. There’s a playground and shaded picnic pavilions adjacent to the beach.Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are tennis and pickleball courts, too. We also enjoyed the hot tub by the pool. The unit is a large, comfortable condo with high ceilings, and is well furnished. Beach supplies were plentiful and very useful, especially the wagon: lots of bath and beach towels, toys, shovels and buckets, umbrella, and chairs. The large and well-stocked kitchen, poolside grills, and large dining tables both inside and on the lanai allowed us to have nice family meals together. We used the poolside grills a couple nights, and each day staff cleaned them thoroughly.The new, large in-unit washer dryer worked very well, and detergent was provided.

Girlfriend trip

The condo was very nice. Great location to walk to the beach, restaurants etc. the pool was right outside the condo. Unfortunately our stay was cut short because of a medical emergency so we were only there two nights. I would definitely come back, it was a great place.

Great place!

We stayed here with our two teenage kids and had a great time! The place was big enough for everyone to have their own space and a very quick walk to the beach. Everything was clean and as listed.

Wonderful resort condo.

We took family of seven here and had the best time. The property is well manicured and our host could not have been nicer. We all said we would love to have this be our annual trip.

Very nice place

Nice place. A little dated but clean and nicely laid out. Everything functioned properly. A short walk (approximately 150 yards) to the beach and a 20 foot walk to the pool. I would stay here again.

Great stay in Poipu

We absolutely loved our stay! The proximity to the pool, beach and family restaurants was perfect! The owners were responsive and friendly. The condo is very, very comfortable. We had a group of six adults and one nearly 7 year old in our group; we all enjoyed the space and amenities. I think the Lanai was our favorite. We could be outside despite the weather and enjoy the lush gardens that surround the condo. We will definitely be back!

The Villas at Poipu Kai

Wow, what an incredible property. We loved it here. We were three couples who enjoyed this well appointed condo. There are beautiful beaches within an easy 5-10 minute walk. We easily toured the whole island using a Shaka self guided tour app of the North shore . Helicopter ride, ATV experience and so so much more. The property amenities are amazing too and we enjoyed the pool adn hot tub as well as the BBQ. The gals joined a fantastic water aerobics class too. We walked to beaches and beautiful scenery as well as happy hour close by. This is a fantastic property with a very responsive owner.

Relaxing Stay

My family of five adults stayed here and had a fabulous time. Wonderful location, near to the beach and activities. We loved opening the lanai’s doors letting in the air. Would stay there again.

Fantastic Place!

Beautiful home in Paradise!

The condo is beautiful and clean, and very spacious! It’s in the greatest location, you can walk on the Greenbelt down to the ocean and see the turtles! The condo is so close to the pool, and it is very quiet in there! Can’t wait to return, will definitely rent again!

Weekend in Kauai

Very comfortable villa with all the room needed for our stay. Nice location with short walking path to beach to see the sunset or sea turtles. Pool has a nice resort feel with both sun and shade areas.

Great location, would definitely come back!

We definitely recommend this location for families with young children. (Ours are 1 and 3). The pool is perfect and steps from the front door. We enjoyed the short walk to Poipu Beach, very pleasant and close by. But also the walk to Shipwreck beach is also close by and also recommended! For our kids, we always wonder how they will sleep (since that ultimately determines how well rested we will be too), and this unit was perfect. The ac and fans work well. It’s quiet most of the time (some noisy people upstairs at 6am a few times). But the advantage of being ground floor with no stairs to worry about offset that for our 1 year old. We also had a few asks for Surrey and the response and service were top notch!

We loved this condo!

Three couples with young children had plenty of space to cook, play, nap, and relax. We loved the convenience of walking to the beaches and having the pool steps away - it allowed for maximum flexibility with all of the kids on different schedules. Would definitely stay again! Surrey was very communicative and accommodating with early check-in and converting the twin room to a king. Mahalo!!
