Amazing 3bd Villa Condo with Ocean View !
Upon entering Villa de Arte (the sister property to Villa de Arte II located in Cozumel) you will immediately notice the designer decorator features including an abundance of art sourced locally and from renowned Mexican artists. We invite you to explore and observe the fine works of art displayed throughout the condo.
The Residences at La Vista is known for its casual luxury, quality and location and this property does not disappoint! The condo offers marble floors throughout, granite countertops, a large fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, separate dining and living areas, and 3 spacious bedrooms each with private bathrooms. Two master bedrooms boast king size beds. The third bedroom comes with 2 queen size beds. Each of the bedrooms have large screen TV's and ceiling fans. The condo also has its own laundry room.
The villa which is perched on the hillside, offers dramatic indoor and outdoor space designed to take full advantage of the surroundings and views.

Cabo Christmas
This is the best place we have rented so far in Cabo! Love the unit, the hot tub on the patio and that all three bedrooms access the patio so they all have a great view! The owner and property managers were excellent! Very helpful and kind. We would love to stay here again!!!

Convenience!
Beautiful property and close to town! We visit Cabo about 3-6 times a year and always stay in Pedregal. We walked to town twice a day. Usually there to fish a few days and just shop around town for the best drinks. Owner and concierge service were very quick to respond to meet needs/ questions. We will be back!

Dear Kathleen thank you for your review however we market our property as being in walking distance (one of the absolute few places you can stay and not need a car) to downtown Cabo where all the action is including great bars great restaurants, shopping and if course the world famous marina and unbelievable views both day and night. We don't control what goes on downtown from night to night and since we rely on positive reviews to accurately rate our property we would of appreciated it if you would of reviewed this amazing condo more thoroughly and not reviews downtown Cabo for which we have no control. There are quieter more retirement oriented properties up the coast either direction for those looking for solitude but then again that wouldn't represent CABO. Our villia is for those that want to be in CABO and experience all it has to offer!!!

Great location and views
Great place to stay. Great location. Overlooking downtown. Close to the marina. Can watch the sunrise in the morning. Beautiful to see.
