The view of the Marina was great. This property is exactly as presented in the photos. The condo is large and the location is fantastic. The condo sits in the Plaza Nautica, right behind Cabo Cantina. The only issue we had was it got really loud late at night and one night it went on until after 2 a.m. You are so close to town that it is impossible to not hear noise from the streets. Please note, we would stay here again, we might just come prepared with a sound machine to block some of the exterior noise.Beautiful property.

Cool Place Plenty of Space Easy Walk to Everything

Property was as listed. You can fall asleep even with the dull but very real din of the bar band music. Be sure to get your own shampoo, conditioner, & paper towels. But all in all, was a great space. I recommend.

Great location

This is the second time we have used this condo. There are three of us who go fishing every year. In years past we have stayed in Pegregal. We like the location of this condo and having easy walking distance to everything. The bands around the corner do get a little loud on some nights, but we bring ear plugs for when they do.

Cabo Stay

Great location next to Marina. We fished most days and could walk to our charter. Plus the condo had a large freezer to put our fish in for taking home.

Super convenient

Check in was easy, check out was easy. Unit was damaged during Hurricane Norma the week before. Owners got the windows and doors replaced in time for our stay. Drapes took a beating and they’ll be replaced after. A/C worked well. It was convenient to the marina, which is what we wanted. Secure outside door and unit door. Daily light maid service which we didn’t expect. This unit does have a washer and dryer. Wasn’t in description and never received a response to an email inquiry.

Yearly Fishing Trip

A group of us go to Cabo each year for fishing for a 4-day weekend. We have stayed in several places over the years and most of the time stay in Pedregal. We decided to stay near the marina this time. The location of this place is perfect for fishing, eating, bars, etc. The services of the staff were very good along with ease of parking. Condo was clean, but a little dated on the furnishings and kitchen, but not a big deal for us. The only issue is the late-night bands that play at the bar next door. They start up about 10pm and go until 2 - 3am. We had read a review about this and brought ear plugs and were able to manage the situation. If it wasn't for the bands, we would likely stay here every time we are in Cabo.

Weekend getaway

This is a very comfortable place with modest amenities. The location is excellent, and is very close to restaurants and nightlife as well as activities within the marina. The property management was very nice and communicated well. I would highly recommend this property as a good value.

Beautiful property, super clean, large rooms, amazing views and excellent location. Only down said is the loud music at night.

10 days of enjoying Cabo

The property manager is on site 6 days a week and will help you with any thing the room needs or offsite activities , They take pride in great service

Great Location

If you want to be at the Marina and walking distance to the bars and restaurants, this is a good place. The staff at the condo are excellent. Plan are coming back to this same place.
