Great stay!

Great Stay! Upstairs was hot and the AC didnt seem to get there but the kids slept in the livingroom anyways playing around the game table.

It was difficult for several family members because of the steps to get to bedroom. The fact that there was no railing on the entrance was a bit difficult also. We loved the open living room and outdoor deck

Big house with plenty of room for everybody! Great neighborhood with large driveway for parking. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need to stay for awhile. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and well stocked. Bed linens and towels were of great quality. The owner communicated quickly. The backyard is big!

Great for Families

Our family converged on this property for a funeral and this was the perfect place for us to gather. The home had a large living room area where we could all be together. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to easily cook meals. The owner communicated well and we would book again.

Nice home in a nice neighborhood at a decent price

Nice larger home to accommodate a family of 5-6. Pet friendly with a fenced yard. Home is older but updated and decorated nicely. Read listing description thoroughly for what's provided/included as far as amenities. No access to basement or garage.

Beautiful home.

We were looking for a home that was pet friendly, but unfortunately our dog did not come with us. This house is beautiful and comes with many extras …. Washer/dryer, fire pit with wood, gas fire on outdoor patio, everything you need to cook or even bake, Hugh master bathroom suite. Enjoyed my weekend in Lenexa!

Nice place, communication could be better

The house is very clean and centrally located; not far from restaurants and entertainment. Just a heads up, there is a full basement that is roped off and not for visitors but it does not reflect that in the description. Is mostly an entertainment area but that is the only safe place in the house if a tornado warning were to occur. I asked the host about the basement and received no response in the 3 days we were there. There is a phone number they provide, but I felt like the question was not worth bothering them for. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would stay here again if we came up.

Great neighborhood and house layout.

Layout worked very well for our stay, located in a very nice neighborhood. We met up with family for golf and shopping. There are areas of the home that need attention. Deck is showing age and spindles are falling out which would be unsafe for a family with little kids. I wish we would of had access to the whole home or notified prior to staying that some areas are off limits. Other than that minor stuff, it worked very well for our trip. Kitchen is nice and big.

My family and I came in town for a wedding. We also had a last minute bachelorette party the night we got to the house. We had a speaker to bring with us for when we left for the bachelorette party. The host kicked us out because he thought our intentions were to throw a party. There was only three people at the house and we weren’t loud. We had no intentions on throwing a party at the house. We were about to leave and we got a message that said we had to leave in 30 minutes, and we had to get a hotel which was very hard last minute. I will never be booking with this host again. I’ve booked over 8 houses for traveling and this has never happened to me. This was miscommunication and the host wasn’t very responsive either.
