This property features an A-frame living area with a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room and access to the area’s most popular attractions. Get outside and enjoy a morning exploring the Overland Park Farmers’ Market! Traveling with kids? Visit the animals at the Kansas City Zoo. Or just relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
The primary living space, that includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room is very open and roomy. It’s a great space to enjoy family and friends!

At times the separated basement studio is occupied by single short term nurses. Both living spaces are completely private with no access to each other.

Please park on the right side of the driveway. The left side is reserved for the tenant who lives in the studio apt that is separated from the house.
You may park in the right side garage once you are in the home. There is a garage door remote available for your use located on the kitchen island.

If you are thinking of renting this house, do it! We stayed here for a long weekend as a group of friends attending the NCAA volleyball playoffs. It was perfect for our group of 6, but could definitely hold more people. It's in a super safe, quaint neighborhood and the house was very welcoming, spacious and comfortable!

Perfect for our needs

We were on a Framily trip to Kansas City with 8 adults. It was perfect for our needs with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Great location close to interstate.

Memorable family trip

We came with kids and grandson on Amtrak from St Louis. Home was very comfortable, clean, and great location for what the family wanted to do. The Host Ron and his wife where extremely helpful when we blew a fuse late at night. Response was quick and helpful. Thank you so much, we would definitely rent again when visiting KC
