Great location, nice apartment

My husband and I visited with our adult daughter. There is a subway station and a grocery store literally steps from the apartment, and it’s close to the a UBahn station. The apartment is super comfortable and was great for our 3 night stay!

Clean and Tidy

Convenient location. Easy to get around, close to train station and underground. Coffee shops and restaurants close by. The apartment was very tidy, clean, and comfortable.

Landlord from Hell

I've stayed at many, many properties through Vrbo and this is the worst experience I've ever had. The listing is inaccurate, you can try calling the landlord and he won't answer, don't expect any help. He gaslit me claiming I'd agreed to an apartment with no air conditioning, despite it being in the 90s F, which I hadn't, and when I demanded proof, he showed me some listing from a completely different website. After I proved to him he'd made the mistake, he still refused to do anything about it, so we were left to swelter in an apartment with not even a fan in it during a heat wave. The wifi also went out constantly The apartment itself is nice, but personally I wouldn't stay again for free!

Munich apartment

The apartment was clean, well equipped, and well-located, about a 20-30 minute walk from a lot of important attractions and less than 10 minutes from the Hauptbahnhof, It is just steps from a good grocery store and subway entrance. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was very nice (good shower). The kitchen was well-equipped and nice. The most difficult aspect of the stay was communication with the host, who did not seem eager to help or accomodate any specific questions or requests. The number of people changed from three to two during my 9-day stay, and though we knew this from the beginning, he was not willing to adjust the price to reflect that. The door codes were not very secure (easy to guess -- but also easy to remember!), and the front door of the building did not have a secure lock. The apartments facing the street have a lot more noise than the apartment facing the courtyard. Air-conditioning is listed as an amenity, but you must make arrangements for this in advance, and there is an uncharge. I would stay again, bearing in mind that the host will not be of much help. Despite that, the apartment was still a good value and very good location.

In the center of all that happens in Munich. The property was clean, comfortable and the perfect location for our plans in Munich.

Munich Week

The rental is lovely. The only thing we were disappointed in was that absolutely nothing of a warm welcome is there. No coffee, salt-pepper, oil for cooking, etc. All of our other hosts left some munchies, fruit, etc. They did respond very quickly to a leak in kitchen sink tho.
