This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhome outfitted for comfort and function. Step into the cozy, yet modern living room that is outfit with a couch, end tables, floor poufs, and smart (Roku) TV.
Enter the dining room and you’ll find a nice, wooden table that is perfect for sharing meals or finishing up work projects. The eat-in kitchen is outfitted for everyday use, with a small table that is perfect for a quick breakfast or afternoon tea.
Head upstairs to the two bedrooms and bathroom. Both bedrooms have windows, closets, and fresh linens. The queen-sized bedroom has an extra desk and the full-sized bedroom is outfitted in cool greys. The bathroom has a large tub and shower, storage space, and a lovely window over the tub (there are windows in every room). In the basement you’ll find new LG washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
Long term stays welcomed! I've hosted many traveling professionals. Ask about special rates for 2+mos stays. Taxes collected for stays <28 days

The neighborhood is the right mix of quiet and lively- working professionals, couples, families, and graduate students live in this neighborhood. With close proximity to a number of hospitals, this townhouse is ideal for healthcare professionals, but the proximity to central Ohio's major interstates makes getting around the area a breeze. You will be 15min from hundreds of restaurants, attractions, schools, neighboring suburbs, and more.
