Yes…When a guest blatantly breaks our house rules, disturbs our neighbors and brings pets when clearly our listing DOES NOT allow animals…I can get a bit upset. There’s plenty of other rentals in Galveston - You are not welcome back to ours.

There was 6 ladies staying for a long weekend of fun. Even though none of us fished, we did enjoy the close proximity to the beach and enjoyed sitting out on the patio watching the boats go by. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Really appreciated the host’s quick response to messages and communication of check in and out.

Our recent stay this weekend was wonderful! My family and I loved everything about the place. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely rate it a 10/10. Highly recommend!

We were 4 couples staying for a long weekend. The house is very clean and well-appointed with comfortable beds and bedding, furniture, and nice kitchen appliances. The outdoor spaces had plenty of room and furnishings for us to gather and relax. The house's position on the canal was outstanding with beautiful views, and fishing off the dock was so fun! There are two stand-up paddle boards and two kayaks. Part of what also makes this house terrific is the beautiful neighborhood, which was great to explore with the marina, restaurant/bar, convenience store, and location near the beach. We rented golf carts - not strictly necessary at all - but it really contributed to the whole experience. Everything you need is right there but if you want to get out you're a 30 minute drive to the main attractions of Galveston; or there is a small grocery store and delicious food truck about 10 minutes away.The host was amazing and responded very quickly to our questions, both before and during our stay, with helpful and friendly answers. Truly above and beyond!

The house was very clean, bed was very comfortable, air conditioning worked great and the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Was disapointrd there was no hammock but Javier informed me it had been destryed by a previous guest. But overall no compaints.

Javier was a good, responsive host. He answered any questions I had before arrival and provided us with detailed instructions that made check-in easy. The house was clean upon arrival. The a/c made the house comfortable once cooled down to 72 (lowest allowance), with the exception of the bedroom nearest the washer/dryer. It wasn't hot, but did not cool down like the other rooms. The kitchen was great and spacious, fully stocked, with updated appliances that were greatly appreciated! The only negative was that the house ran out of toilet paper and 2 hand soap pumps were empty. We didn't realize until late on our last night that the well used rolls of toilet paper in the restrooms were the only ones in the house - and there were four women in our group. We resulted to sharing the last roll. When there are notes to not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet, having toilet paper available could prevent guests from resulting to other options. The outside area was clean and had plenty of lighting and seating to lounge and fish. Fishing was good! The only downside was that the handle on the hose near the fishing station was broken and could not be used and the other hose did not reach. We resulted in using buckets of water to wash down the station. Plenty of parking, quiet area. I would recommend this property for other groups and families that visit the Sea Isle area. I didn't find the guestbook to sign, but thank you Javier! We had a great time!

Spring break getaway

We enjoyed fishing so much! We caught more than 80 fish!This house is well stocked, cleaned, and lots of extra beds. It felt like we are home from away home:)

Very comfortable and clean. Ground floor was a bonus with a tv; good entertainment options. Beds were comfortable and worked perfectly for our group. All instructions were clear and easily understood. Thank you for an enjoyable family vacation!

Amazing!

The home was amazing! Very clean, so much space for Everyone. We celebrated Mother's Day Weekend and had a blast even with the rain. A true vacation and the fishing was phenomenal, we all caught fish!

Definitely 5 o’clock somewhere

The pictures matched the property!

Short getaway weekend! Very relaxing and beautiful home with a fantastic view! I appreciated Javier responding relatively quickly specially because I did book very last minute. Worth every penny would definitely hope to book for our next time in Galveston.
