Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, in Vannes, this charming flat ideally located in the city center of Vannes, less than one km from the small peninsula of Conleau (edge of the Gulf of Morbihan). With a surface area of 54 m² and able to accommodate up to 2 travelers, it is located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and a bathroom.
It has a beautiful view of the gardens and a small balcony with garden tables and armchairs.
Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.
The accommodation includes :

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160X200)
