***PLEASE NOTE***: WE DO NOT provide Sheets/Pillowcases, Towels (Beach or Bath), paper and plastic products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), or hygiene products (soap, shampoo, etc.) but we do provide blankets and pillows, and we have beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys available for your use (as well as a pack n play for your little one)!

There are several local companies that provide sheet and linen rentals and we provide their contact information in our General Information Guide upon booking or upon request.

In prime season (MDW to LDW) - our weekly rental is typically Sunday to Sunday.
For Mini weeks in the summer, we offer Sunday to Thursday and Thursday to Sunday. We do often make exceptions and if dates are available in VRBO, then they are available to book. Flexible stays in the off season.

Oceans Reach 7 is a pet-friendly getaway that has been renovated with a completely new kitchen including cabinets and counters, bathroom vanities and toilets, new flooring, fresh paint top to bottom, fans, light fixtures and beautiful furniture. Inside you will find tastefully decorated rooms, a full kitchen/dining area, bright bedrooms that can suit large groups and families. Private decks, multiple bathrooms, and spacious living space all within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach make it the perfect place to stay during your vacation. Welcome to Oceans Reach 7.

Plus Dewey is a great family vacation town. Monday nights during the summer you will find movie night on the beach, a giant movie screen with a different movie playing each week. Bring your beach chairs and enjoy. Wednesday nights are family beach bonfire night, both on Dagsworthy Street.

+ Beach is less than ½ block away. Award winning, gorgeous and clean. No street to cross – very safe for kids. Much less crowded than Rehoboth or Ocean City beaches. Vendor right there rents beach chairs or umbrellas, and sells refreshments.
+ Rehoboth Bay is 1 block away. Fish, boat, rent a jetski, or learn to wind surf.
+ Many restaurants within 1 block walk (Rusty Rudder, Nalu etc). 5 minute walk gets you just about anywhere in Dewey.
+ Rehoboth restaurants and attractions are 5 minute ride. Jolly Trolley stops on our corner.
+ Want to get away from it all and see the beach in its natural state? Ride your bike just a mile south to Delaware Seashore State Park.

BEDROOM LAYOUT: 4 Bedrooms sleep 8 adults (bunk for 2 additional kids)
+ Main level (1st floor) bedroom/den: 2 twin beds
+ 2nd floor primary bedroom: King bed, flat screen TV, ocean view deck with seating, ensuite bathroom, dresser, Plenty of extra room for a portable crib (provided).
+ 2nd floor 3rd bedroom: 2 twin beds, twin bunk bed, deck.
+ 3rd floor/loft: second primary bedroom: Queen bed, adjacent to third large ocean view deck with more seating.

AMENITIES: Dining room table that easily seats 8. Parking for 3 cars: 2 carport spots under unit, 1 marked space. Multiple decks with views of Atlantic Ocean and Rehoboth Bay. Outdoor shower. High-speed WiFi. High chair and Pack-n-play. Beach toys. Beach chairs. Washer / Dryer in unit.
