Summary:

We present to you a basic 4 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse . This is best suited for a large group that needs a lot of bed space. We admit this is nothing fancy . Its works better for work crews and large family that needs something simple clean and safe and close to downtown Atlanta.

We are located 15-20 mins from both downtown Atlanta and the Airport.

PLEASE READ BELOW FOR MORE ABOUT THE UNITS TO DECIDE IF ITS RIGHT FOR YOUR GROUP !!



The Space:

WE CAN NEGOTIATE ON LONGER STAYS FOR YOUR WORK GROUP. WE DO MID TERN RENTALS

.Available Appliances: We have all the basic eappliances but No ( dish washer) ( Display only)

Parking : Tight parking , 2 parking spaced Limit.

Shared GAS grills available but guests have to fill gas as needed and CLEAN before and after Use!!!

Hello, my friends and I enjoyed our stay, no really major issues other than the kitchen needy to be sprayed because we saw ants. The bathrooms were cool.

Short Stay

Lots of space, convenient location to stores and vegan restaurants. Host was outstanding with promot and friendly communication. I just wish there was an air fryer cause I try to limit microwave usage. I would stay at this location again

The picture is nothing like it states I had to clean on my own it’s nasty the beds are not clean and sturdy the doors are all off the hinges the draws has a bunch of snack papers in it and it was so filthy it smelled like roaches and dirty clothes wen I went in der and they charge a arm n a leg n it’s not worth it the host is great the place is not the wifi sucks its always going out u cant hardly watch tv all the buttons are gone u will not enjoy ur stay they need to upgrade everything in the house the bathrooms are perfect the rest sucks I hate to write this bad review but im speaking the truth the money not worth the stay

Nicola, I am sorry you were not happy with your stay. Did you also write in the review that you stayed extra 5 days and ran off withoutpaying us more than $500 . You also stayed for 2 weeks without compalining but when asked nicely about the extention money then you blocked our number and still come here to make sure you spoil our reputation.You comment I was great and I tried to help you but you still wanted to screw our business. Thanks

DO NOT BOOK

Hello unfortunately I will not be leaving a five star review for this property. The house was filthy including chips/food I found in the couch, the floor was dirty the bottom of my socks were black, the kitchen had a horrible stench smelled like a dead mouse and/or garbage was left behind, glasses had stained lip stick on the rim that I took directly from the cupboards, the water was lukewarm in all the bathrooms and the drain in one of the showers kept getting clogged causing dirty water to build up around your feet! The ceiling has water damage and is noticeable. The TV was not functioning and when I reached out to the host he was not responsive AT ALL! I would never stay at this property nor recommend the pictures online are deceiving and I’m requesting a refund.

I would not recommend staying at this property. The listing was misleading and did not accurately reflect the condition of the space. The unit was not properly cleaned before our arrival, the floors were filthy they had not been mopped at all, We were greeted by yellow jackets covering the front door, one of the upstairs bathroom shower glass doors were missing , also you have to be careful because the glass door comes off track when sliding the door, and it can fall on you. Under the kitchen sink it was so nasty and filthy and had water damage, and trash under there. We had to hand wash the dishes, the whole trip because the dishwasher smelled like death when you turn it on. Also one of the pots we tried to use already had leftover water and rust in it. The downstairs bed was broke and sinks in . The tvs in the room don’t work properly. The remotes were missing batteries and buttons. And several advertised amenities were missing, broken, or unusable. Communication from the host was poor, and concerns raised during the stay were either ignored or inadequately addressed.For the price charged, the experience was extremely disappointing. The property appeared poorly maintained, and the overall quality fell far below what was advertised. There are far better options available in the area. I regret booking this stay and would not return.
