We had a wonderful stay at this condo home with our family and friends! The place was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group vacation gatherings. Great Spot, Easy Stay

Family saco weekend

We stayed two nights in this amazing located condo. Which slept all of us comfortably the condo was clean and perfect for what we needed for our annual family saco weekend! Definitely, would rent again!

Spacious and Accomodating

We stayed at Tom's place for a weekend getaway. Place was very clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed (blankets, fans, toilet paper, etc..). We were very happy with our stay.

Can't wait to go back!

One of the best places we've stayed! Very comfortable, very clean, very peaceful. The write-up and description was very acurate. We had plenty of room for the 10 of us. The host did a wonderful job with the instructions and answered any questions we had immediately.

This was a very nice property in a great location in the middle of North Conway right around all the areas we were going to visit. It is spacious and had all the room needed for my family. The owner is very responsive and kind. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area this is one you should not pass by--great time had by everyone. Check in was all quick and there was a well organized and furnished kitchen and three full bathrooms really make a big plus with a large family.

Great House and Location

The property was clean, well kept, and communication was very easy. It fit our group including kids ages 5-11 perfectly. The screen porch was adorable and it was very centrally located to everything. Would highly recommend!

Great Location

Great location, with size for the whole family. We did an extended family trip with as many as 13 folks staying at the property. Everyone was comfortable and really enjoyed the location being so close to everything in North Conway. Having the shops in walking distance (let alone a quick couple minute drive) made it great for necessities. The property itself was immaculate, and we really enjoyed our time there. Would gladly stay again with a large group!

Fabulous Weekend

This location and property was a perfect spot for our girls weekend to North Conway. Thomas was wonderful to work with and the property was everything we needed for our group of 13. Whether you are looking for a place in the summer/fall to do all the touristy things, or a place in the winter/spring to be close to the mountains for some skiing, this is the place. I highly recommend!!!

Fantastic

Great Mountain Getaway

we loved staying at this property - plenty of room for large families -kids loved the spiral staircase and the pool. This trip was our second stay in this condo. Love the location as it is close to Cranmore mountain and story land as well as Santa Village ( 50 minutes north ) . Owner stocks the kitchen well - plenty of utensils and dishes . Thank you for supplying board games too. We hope to rent again next summer, Thank you Tom !!

Family space
