Vdara 955ft 1bdr 56th Flr Penthouse NO RESORT FEES and Bellagio Fountain Views

The Vdara Hotel and Spa located in the heart of City Center on the Las Vegas Strip is a non gaming, non smoking condo hotel. Our unit is a penthouse one bedroom on the 56th top floor with gorgeous views overlooking the Bellagio Fountains. It will accommodate a maximum of 4 guests with a King bed and a full size pull out sofa sleeper. It has one half bath upon entry and one full bathroom and with a soaking tub and walk in shower.. It has a full kitchen with four burner cook top, full stainless steel refrigerator, freezer with ice maker and filter water, microwave, stainless steel dishwasher and kitchen table. The bedroom has a king bed with a 50" flat screen on the wall, the master bath includes two sinks, soaking tub, and walk in shower. The living room area has pull out full size sofa sleeper and two sitting chairs with a 50" flat screen television on the wall and a separate desk area to work. The dining area will accommodate 4 people and all cooking utensils and plates/bowls/cups can be requested from housekeeping and they are complimentary during your stay. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit (laundry soap and dryer sheets are complimentary and can be requested from housekeeping as needed).
There isn't daily housekeeping included, however it can be requested for an additional cost a day with the front desk. You can ask the housekeeping staff for fresh towels each day and switch out the dirty towels with no charge.
There is complimentary valet parking and no resort fees with booking our condo! Rates are subject to change until booking is finalized.
PLEASE NOTE: There are absolutely no exceptions on our cancellation policy.
We have a firm policy on modifying dates on reservations. It is a case by case approval policy.
There is no burning of candles or incense in the unit at anytime.

Perfect loocation

Outstanding communication and instructions before and during visit. Simple check-in with valet parking included with booking. Super clean suite with great expansive layout. Quiet in suite. Awesome views. Easy access to casinos on strip. Starbucks downstairs in lobby. Perfect location from which to enjoy Las Vegas.

Great place to stay!

The room was clean and the views were fantastic. The room has a refrigerator, stove top and washer and dryer which is very convenient. Short walk to the Bellagio and the strip. I would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful view, great property

My first time staying at the Vdara and I loved the location and smoke free policy. The unit had an amazing view and communications with the hosts were great. Even on a short stay it's so nice to have some comforts of home (laundry, full size fridge, and a proper eating area) especially when you're travelling with kids. We hope to be back soon!

Amazing Penthouse Stay!

Stayed at this penthouse during my daughter's swim meet in Summerlin and loved the view, the amenities of Vdara and communication with the owners! Having an on site Starbucks, quick access to Belagio/Aria tram were some extra perks. Would definitely rent here in the future!

Great location!

Amazing weekend trip to Sin City. Location was perfect. Quiet and non smoking. Love no casino in the lobby but close to all other amenities, Tmobile arena and great restaurants. Communication with owners was seamless and checkin and checkout was so easy.

A great stay

We love staying at the Vdara! This unit was live and just as described. Enjoyed that the coffee maker was available in the room. The fridge was nice and big,too. And the view was incredible. Good communication and easy check in.

Great location room and amenities

Super nice room on top floor of a hotel. Full service front desk and concierge Pool and restaurant right there five minute walk to cosmopolitan free five minute shuttle to bellagio. Also access to bigger pool at aria hotel is two minute walk A peaceful place and just minutes from big casino energy

The Strip But Not

Sometimes you want to go to Vegas for all the quintessential things it has to offer, but you don’t want to sleep in the middle of it. This penthouse apartment offers it all- closeness and access with incredible views and a relaxing quiet place to retreat with all the amenities. I would definitely recommend and plan to return.

Incredible Penthouse Suite

Alan and Chris are fabulous hosts! Super clean, well maintained and luxurious suite with a cool view. All the amenities are available on this property to enhance a terrific visit to Vegas. I would not look at any other property if this one is available for my next visit.

The place is EVEN BETTER THAN the pictures

the place, besides having a wonderful view, is very clean (note: I'm Brazilian and we are very demanding in this aspect). Very comfortable bed and shower, easy access to the strip and extremely kind staff. The included parking was very good, the fridge was spacious and clean, I was able to cook without difficulty. I highly recommend it. The place without a doubt made my experience in Las Vegas much more enjoyable. It was, without a doubt, my favorite part of the city

Best Birthday Celebration Ever

This is really an absolutely gorgeous penthouse condo on the 56th floor right in front of the Bellagio fountains. The condo was huge and super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping and in-suite dining were fantastic & met our every need. Alan and Chris were terrific in answering questions, and offering suggestions. I told them the condo was so gorgeous I really didn’t want to go out in Vegas! Also, if you use the Vdara spa, ask for Nancy, a superb massage therapist. The whole weekend, celebrating my birthday, was wonderful and relaxing – and that’s not something I usually say about Las Vegas! We’ll definitely be back.

Simply Perfect

We always love staying here. The valet is easy and fast. Check-in is quick and friendly. The unit is clean and fresh and quiet. The views are incredible. We could even see The Sphere. The Vdara is now connected with covered and climate controlled bridges to the Bellagio and The Cosmo which makes it even more conveniently located than it use to be. We definitely recommend this unit.

Amazing Property

The property was exactly as we had pictured it. Great location just adjacent to the strip where we could easily walk anywhere from, just steps away from the Aria & Cosmopolitan. Top floor unit had great views of the Bellagio fountains & the strip. The unit itself was perfect for our family of four. We loved having the half bath in the main living area for our kids. Would definitely rebook this unit if we are ever back in Las Vegas.

Perfect Location and Amazing Suite

Alan and Chris are excellent communicators and provide all-you-need-to-know information before arrival. Valet parking upon arriving was fast and simple. Retrieving the valeted car was efficient as you use a machine to scan your valet car stub and your car is quickly brought around. Check-in is easy and it was nice to go up to our Suite without having to navigate through a crowded casino while hauling luggage. The Suite is huge with beautiful views. The kitchen has all major appliances. Pots/pans/dishes/silverware are not provided but housekeeping will provide them for free if you simply ask. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. Uber is easy to use as it is just out the front door...you don't have to walk forever to find where the pickup/drop off are located as in other hotels. So many wonderful things about this Suite. Definitely recommend.

Stayed at this beautiful suite at the Vdara. Was perfect for our sports filled weekend. Easy walk to the hockey game and Raiders game too. Owners were super with communication and entire process was easy. Would highly recommend

Wonderful Experience!!

The unit was great and worked out well for us. As it is in Las Vegas, we didn't spend much time in it except to sleep and shower -- but even then it was great. The view is stunning both day and night, and the staff is wonderful. And it was a true convenience to be able to wash a quick load of laundry *in the unit* during our stay. Everything was as advertised or better. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in one of your units in the future. Thank you, MaryAnn

Best 4th of July Experience Ever!!

The views were amazing, it was wonderful to bring our children with us to see the spectacular views and fireworks from the safety of the hotel room! They loved it, thanks for allowing us to provide our children with an experience they will never forget!!

Excellent property

The property at the Vdara, was very easy to check in and out. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property owners are quick to respond to any concerns or questions. They made sure that everything is perfect for your stay. The room has a beautiful view of the city and the mountain range. A very comfortable living space. You will not be disappointed. The Las Vegas strip is just a short walk through the attached Bellagio.. The Aria and Cosmopolitan resorts are just a short walk from the lobby. An overall great time.

Awesome views and perfect location

The Suite is clean and spacious. The 1/2 bathroom is a great addition. The views are mountains, Strip, and Bellagio Fountains from the 56th floor...a little of everything which we thoroughly enjoyed. We received exemplary service from the Vdara staff. The hotel location is perfect for walking to the various casinos/shows/restaurants. Highly recommend.

EXCEPTIONAL SUITE & PROPERTY HOST

This amazing suite and property host made our time in Vegas first class.! Alan and Chris communicated with us from start to finish making sure our accommodations exceeded all expectations and answered every question we had within minutes. Our room, 56020, was beautiful, well appointed and very large. Having 1.5 bathrooms is a bonus if you have someone using the pullout couch/bed. The kitchen was useful and the full size fridge a plus. The bedroom and large bathroom were amazing! So much room!!! Tryst me . . . YOU WILL BE BLOWN AWAY BY THE VIEW!! This place was worth EVERY penny just to look out of the window at the mountains and Bellagio fountain. We never shut the blinds. Watched the twinkling lights at night and the sun rise on the mountains in the morning. The only regret we have is that we have to leave. Everything is PERFECT about this place, but we wish it was our little secret. Thank you, Alan and Chris, for sharing your place with us. We will be back and hope to stay again.
