This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront condo offers beautiful beach views in the heart of St. Pete Beach. Located just across from the beach and close to shops, dining, and activities, it features a stunning balcony with views of the heated pool and Boca Ciega Bay—ideal for enjoying both sunrise and sunset!

When you reserve your stay with NextHome Beach Time Realty, you’re booking with the only onsite management company at the resort. Our office is conveniently located on the second floor, allowing us to provide quick, friendly assistance with any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

• Perfect spot for catching the awesome sunrises and sunsets of the Gulf Beaches
• Community grill and covered gazebo with seating
• Shared heated pool and hot tub with plenty of lounging chairs
• Centrally located, you can walk to everything! Restaurants, entertainment, souvenir shops, grocery, liquor
• Tennis Court, Pickleball Court, Shuffleboard Court, Sun Deck and Fishing Dock Area
• Elevators to all floors, staircases on each side of building

• 2 bedroom / 2 bath (1 king bed, 2 twin beds)
