Very Comfortable 3 bedroom townhome with Private Hot Tub!

This townhome is located on Peak 8, right next door to a protected wetlands where wildlife travels daily. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths for guests to enjoy. The main level has a large kitchen, dining room and living room with a big screen TV. The views are phenomenal!


Upstairs is the master suite with a king bed and full bath with a tub and standalone shower. A half-flight down from the main level is a second living area with a HUGE TV and pull-out sofa. The hot tub is accessed through this room. There is a full bath located on this level as well.


All the way downstairs are the other 2 bedrooms which are adjoined by a jack and jill bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, the third bedroom has a captain's bunk. The bathroom has a full shower and tub.


The ski area is usually accessed by the Breck Free Ride shuttles which stop about a block away by the Nordic Center. Guests can also walk to 4 O'Clock Ski Run which is about a third of a mile down the road. The shuttle stops very regularly throughout the year.


Guests do have access in the garage for 1 vehicle, and the second vehicle may park in the driveway. Due to the location near the wetlands, this is not a property for loud groups. It disturbs the animals and the neighbors.

Great VRBO w/ Ski back on 4 O’Clock

Awesome location! You can easily ski back on 4 O’Clock and walk to this place. Privacy was also great with the hot tub facing the woods. Plenty of space for 6 adults, and 3 full baths was very helpful. Fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig, and lots of spices and extras you might not think about bringing. Would stay here again.

Great Place, great location, incredible service by Windwood !

I stayed at this condo for 2 weeks with friends and family! Plenty of room to spread out! The pictures on line don’t do justice to this place! Great quiet place near Peak 7 and 8, 2-3 minute walk to the bus stop, and on snow days you can ski back via 4 O’clock run to the condo complex! Skied right to the front door multiple times! Convenient to town via a short bus ride! Had a few minor issues at the condo (e.g. ran out of grill propane on Super Bowl Sunday), Wind Woods was there within 30 min with a full tank, microwave stopped working, had one the next day! I plan to rent it again!

HoUse was as described. We had everything we needed for Ski week at Breck Free Shuttle is a short walk out to bus stop Very easy. Takes you to peak 7 or 8 Excellent home and location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all it was very good, fun week. My family enjoyed themselves. Very roomy. loved the two living areas. It took two days after arrival to get a few things repaired at the start of the stay. IE TV in the living room, Hot tub, gas grill, lights not working, toilets running, upstairs couch that was peeling apart. Fire place never did get working.I was concerned about receiving the property without a Property Manager going thru the property with us as we normally have a walk thru prior to occupying the home so that we would not end up responsible for something that was already broken, spotted, or not functioning. We thought the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The hot water came on fast and lasted - no one had a cold shower.

Great Breckenridge Townhouse

My family and I loved this townhouse? Stayed with my wife and infant daughter, and had a friend stop by for a night. Well equipped place, plenty of cookware and leftover supplies and other amenities. Especially enjoyed the privacy of the hot tub facing the woods late at night!

Close to town and trails

The townhome was great… check in process is not so smooth. Check in is at 4 which seems late, and checkout is 10 which also seems a bit early. The property manager gave us the wrong keys to the wrong property, but they caught it quickly. Seems there is a hornet problem in the town home as we killed 10 during our stay, and we kept all doors and windows closed.
