Beautiful and clean condo

Tamara was very responsive throughout our week long stay. The condo is very clean and seems like it was recently updated. We really enjoyed sitting on the back lanai, which overlooks some tropical landscaping. The pool at the clubhouse was the perfect temperature and never felt crowded. Ask for a Miami vice (half pina colada half strawberry daiquiri) at the clubhouse bar, they were fantastic.

And I am being completely honest when I say it’s the most WELL EQUIPPED rental I’ve ever experienced. From toys for the kids, to beach equipment, sporting equipment, kitchen appliances/utensils, you name it! A rare perfect VRBO property. Will visit again!

This is one special place! I hesitate to say too much, because I selfishly don’t want it to sell out for when I return. To begin, the hostess made our entire stay comfortable and seamless. Every comfort needed was supplied. I stayed with my 2 sons, and didn’t want to leave. The sunroom was my favorite spot. Everything was clean and updated. The community pool wasn’t crowded and had a nice food/drink menu. We will definitely return! Thank you so much Tamara!!

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful 8 days at Tamara's condo. If we could have rated it higher than 5, we would have. It is exactly as pictured and described with the additional benefits of being very close to the tennis courts, pickleball courts, pool and restaurant. The condo was as clean as my own home and the furnishings both tasteful and very comfortable. We like to cook and this was by far the best stocked kitchen we have stayed at. Not only plenty of spices and other basic supplies but a wide variety of cooking utensils. We took advantage of the beach chairs that were provided and next time will give the bikes a try. Tamara and her team are committed to providing the best stay possible and we really appreciated that!

Hi, I’m Tamara—the host behind Catch of Naples. I started hosting because I love that moment when travel feels effortless: the door code works, the space is spotless, the coffee is ready, and you can immediately slip into vacation mode. That’s the standard I set for every stay. I’m detail-obsessed and hospitality-minded: fresh linens, a well-equipped kitchen, clear instructions, and quick, friendly communication from booking to checkout. My style blends coastal calm with sporty energy—think beach days, bike rides, tennis and pickleball, sunset walks, and a great latte in between.

I’m local to Naples and curate a living guide with my favorite beaches (Clam Pass, Seagate, Vanderbilt, Delnor-Wiggins), coffee spots, family activities, and dinner reservations, plus realistic drive times and parking tips. I stock practical extras—bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, wagon, and family gear like a Pack ’n Play, highchair, stroller, and games—so you spend less time shopping and more time making memories. Guests say the homes feel “thoughtfully easy,” and that’s exactly my goal.

Professionally, I come from data management and operations background, so I care about function as much as aesthetics: intuitive layouts, comfortable mattresses and pillows, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and good lighting. Cleanliness is non-negotiable; we use checklists and pro-level turnover standards. I’m proactive about maintenance and responsive if anything needs attention—usually within minutes. I respect neighbors and community rules and ask guests to do the same, so everyone enjoys a peaceful stay.

On a personal note, I’m a proud swim mom (Team USA), which taught me early mornings, grit, and doing the small things right—every day.

Whether you’re visiting for a family vacation, tennis tournament, beach retreat, or a work-and-play week, I’m here to make the logistics simple and the experience memorable. Welcome to Naples—where coast meets courts and carefree days.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We’re in World Tennis Club, a calm, resort-style community in central Naples—close to everything but tucked away from the crowds. From here, you’re about 4 miles to the beach and minutes from the area’s favorites: Clam Pass and Seagate for gentle waves and boardwalk strolls, Vanderbilt Beach for wide sandy shoreline, and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park for pristine nature and sunset views. When it’s time to shop or dine, Waterside Shops, Mercato, and 5th Avenue South are a short drive, offering boutiques, galleries, cafés, fine dining, and family-friendly options.

Day-to-day convenience is a big reason I love this location. You have quick access to US-41 and good east-west connectors, so getting to beaches, golf, the Naples Zoo, parks, and boat tours is simple. Groceries, coffee, and pharmacies are right on the next block, and parking at the property is easy. The neighborhood itself is quiet and green, with lakes, palms, and sidewalks that make morning walks or bike rides relaxing. It feels safe and residential, so families, couples, and remote workers can settle in and actually unwind.

Another draw is the on-site amenities. Guests can balance beach days with two heated community pools, hot tub, sauna, and access to tennis and pickleball—perfect for active travelers or anyone who wants variety without getting in the car. I also appreciate the friendly community vibe; people greet each other, and there’s a sense of care for the grounds and rules, which keeps things peaceful for everyone.

Finally, the neighborhood fits the hospitality style I care about: calm, convenient, and thoughtful. You can start the morning with coffee on the lanai, spend a few hours at the beach, cool off at the pool, play a set on the courts, and end the day with dinner on 5th Ave or a low-key sunset at Vanderbilt—all without long drives or complicated logistics. That easy, balanced Naples rhythm is why I chose this neighborhood and why so many of my guests return.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our place blends coastal calm with sporty energy—a turn-key Naples base where everything you wish you’d packed is already waiting. Inside, you’ll find a clean, thoughtfully organized space with comfy beds, crisp linens, blackout options, fastest Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a well-equipped kitchen (from sharp knives to kid-friendly dishes). There’s a small coffee bar for early beach runsand a breezy lanai for morning sunshine and evening chats.

What really sets us apart is how easy your stay feels. We stock bikes—including adult TREK bike(s) plus kids’ bikes in multiple sizes (typically 12–20” wheels), beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and a wagon, plus family gear (Pack ’n Play, high chair, strollers, games), so you can skip the shopping sprint and head straight to fun. I share a clear digital guide with beach tips, parking intel, rainy-day ideas, and favorite cafés—curated like a local.

Location matters: we’re in World Tennis Club, a peaceful, resort-style community about 4 miles to the beach and minutes to Clam Pass, Seagate, Vanderbilt, and Delnor-Wiggins, as well as Waterside Shops, Mercato, and 5th Ave. On site, you can mix beach days with two community pools, hot tub, sauna, and access to tennis & pickleball—variety without getting in the car.

Design and operations get equal love here. Expect a coastal-sporty aesthetic, intuitive layout, strong AC, and professional turnover checklists for hotel-level cleanliness. I’m multilingual (English, Ukrainian, Russian) and super-responsive from booking to checkout, with proactive maintenance and clear house rules that keep the community calm and welcoming.

In short: a stylish, fully kitted, family-friendly retreat with adult TREK and kids’ bikes, beach gear, and resort amenities—perfectly placed to experience Naples with zero friction.
