This Convenient Mid-City Apartment is within walking distance to some of New Orleans' most iconic neighborhood restaurants, watering holes, & the Street Car (Trolley) line for access to French Qtr. City Park, Art Museums, and Cemeteries.

Walk up 4 steps to a porch with small table and chairs for relaxing outside. Enter into a brightly lit living room with high ceilings and 2 large windows, large sleeper sofa, TV with Roku, coffee table, and desk/work area. Next enter into the bedroom which has a queen bed, Roku TV, and large chest of drawers. Down the hall from this bedroom is a full bathroom, and small kitchen with dining area. The washer and dryer are located in a closet adjacent to the dining area.

This cozy Mid-City apartment is located in a house that is over 100 years old and in one of the best neighborhoods in New Orleans. It is the perfect place to recharge and cool off between sight-seeing, dining, and experiencing everything that New Orleans has to offer. Working from home during the day, and vacationing at night? Fast WiFi, hot coffee and a nice desk, make it easy to balance work and play.

Wonderful place to stay

This is a wonderful place to stay. It was perfectly sized for my partner and I. The location was great. The night we arrived we easily found parking, dropped off our bags, and then walked around the corner for a bite to eat. The bathroom is a little small but it didn't detract from the charm of the place. If you are visiting New Orleans this is an excellent place to stay.

Beautiful place...thin walls, you can hear otber people in next apartment, but that does not detract from the comfort, hot water, thermostat/heating, & ease of travel to and from French quarter and airport (apartment is right in between both)!

Great location and area!

My fiancé and I stayed here for a long weekend and absolutely loved it. Andrew gave great dining recommendations (we loved Katie’s) and we were very close to the Trolley. Would come back again!

Perfect spot

We absolutely loved this rental! The location can't be beat. The apartment was super cute and comfortable. The aminities and attention to detail was so well thought out, like little baskets for toiletries, coffee condiments and a britta pitcher. We will definitely be back! stay here next time we come to NOLA

Great Location

You can see the streetcar from the porch. Only a block away! Small, but clean and has everything you need. You don't spend much time there anyways as you will be out enjoying the city. Great neighborhood. Safe to walk.

Great choice for a NOLA visit.

The entire booking process went smoothly. The host was extremely sweet and prompt with calls. The place is located in a very quiet safe neighborhood in the center of French Quarter, Frenchmen St and Canal St. Will definitely book again.

Great stay

The property was perfect for our trip. Plenty of room for two people, very clean. It was conveniently located so we could get downtown easily using Uber or the Streetcar. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood as well. Any questions I had for Andrew were answered promptly. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Comfortable home in great location

This unit was comfortable and convenient for my friend and I on our trip to NOLA. Really close to a streetcar route and in the middle of a bunch of cool neighborhoods and things to do. We felt safe and comfortable here; it wasn’t the fanciest place but I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great affordable option!

Great Mid-City Location

Location Is key to this mid-city unit. Walking distance to streetcar with easy access to French Quarter and any other location in New Orleans, including local restaurants. Reasonably priced, clean, and all of the comforts of home. Great communication with Andrew. Would definitely recommend!!

Pro's: The place was great! Really close to the Streetcar and a few local restaurants. Andrew was AMAZING! Cons: The upstairs tenant was loud and always slamming the doors. The Bed was way too soft for us.

This is the perfect place for 2 to 3 people to stay while visiting NOLA. The streetcar is rear by which will take you to most places in the city. There are some great places within walking distance as well. The property is clean and well maintained. The host is very helpful and responsive. We will be staying here when. we visit again.
