A very comfortable property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The duplex was immaculate and well appointed. The owner has the communication and check-in/out process perfected. A 45-minute streetcar ride to Canal St. A parking space in front of the property. We would most definitely stay here again. Excellent stay.

Fabulous stay

We had a great time here! The location was perfect for us, and the hosts were so friendly. They checked in on us regularly and made sure we had a parking spot on the street. Very clean and lovely house, the pictures don't do it justice! We loved it :)

Great neighborhood with lovely neighbors.

Having been raised in New York City and having spent the last 45 years in Gulfport, MS, I really enjoyed the neighborhood feel. The people and the life that were feet from our city street porch were exhilarating.

Great location, easy access to trolley & busses. Walking distance to local eateries, bars and music. Friendly quiet neighborhood. Very clean quaint place. Owner is very accessible!

Pleasantly perfect

We were very pleased with our 4 night stay in this home. The location was on a small very quiet side street and had a neighborly feel. Street parking was available right in front at all times and the street car is very accessible. We are familiar with New Orleans and enjoyed being very very close to our Loyola student’s apartment around the corner. The home was clean and comfortable, while modestly decorated. The owner was in contact to make sure we had what we needed and we felt welcomed! Thanks for the stay.

Charming shotgun in great neighborhood

This was the perfect home for an extended New Orleans stay. Beautiful neighborhood— convenient to everything, and lots of local restaurants and bars. Home is well furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. Brad and his sister Lisa were very accommodating hosts.

Loved this space

Very comfortable space and liked taking the street car wherever we wanted to go. A number of great restaurants less than a mile. Robert's Grocery Store was an easy walk and was well stocked. Owner is great to work with.
