Enjoy the comfort of a recent well-insulated and shaded house with fully equipped integrated kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, family fridge + freezer, washing machine)

A bedroom with 2 single beds in 90cm that can be pushed together for a couple
All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets so that you can sleep coolly, peacefully.
A designer bathroom with walk-in shower and sink
Separate toilet

A bright and spacious living room to rest in the cool opening onto a shaded terrace equipped with a table and gas barbecue for the mild summer evenings.

Recharge your batteries with the freshness of the oaks and the melody of the cicadas in our small outdoor lounge area and hanging hammock. Children can enjoy a large play area (badminton, petanque, bowling...)

Treat yourself to a moment of reconnection with yourself, at home, in our dedicated treatment area with the holistic treatments of Lilie Terre Happy, a physiotherapist specialising in well-being.

Nature lovers, the forest is at the end of the garden, with many hiking or mountain biking trails (discovery of the picturesque village of Ailhon, Mercuer, access to Aubenas) as well as pretty little corners of freshness with basins for swimming outside the frequented areas!

A cycle path 5 minutes away by bike to discover the surrounding villages of character:
Vogüe with its castle,
Balazuc, one of the most beautiful villages in France
Chauzon, Vinezac, the Ibie valley...
Vals les Bains, spa town

The village of Saint Etienne de Fontbellon is located 5 minutes by car from Aubenas, discover its castle, its lively Saturday morning market, Wednesday evening farmers' market...

Ideally located for a day trip and visit the South Ardèche (Vallon Pont d'Arc and the traditional canoe trip), the Chauvet cave, the city of Largentière and the castle of Montreal
Le Coiron and the balmes de Montbrun (atypical troglodyte cliffs)
Jaujac and its basalt organs
Thueyts and the Devil's Bridge...

And walks on the Ardèche plateau (Ray-Pic waterfall, Mont Gerbier des Joncs, Issarlès lake...)

We can provide you with sheets and towels for an extra charge of €15 per room.
A deposit of €500 will also be required.
