We had a 3 nights stay with 6 people and most everything was perfect! The pictures do not show how close everything is! It is a cabin at a lodge so everything was close together. Meaning other rooms were next to the cabin and other houses were next to the cabin. You can see the entrance to the lodge itself out the kitchen window! The cabin itself is old but for what we needed it has everything. Rustic feel. Could use a few more kitchen items because we cooked every night. Nice outdoor deck! Although we were playing cards at 8:30pm and were told to be a little quieter! I think it was a little early for that but we understood!! It is a great place to stay. The staff were very nice. We did not eat at the restaurant but it looked nice but pricey. I am giving this a high mark because it really was a great stay. A few minor complaints!!

The pictures made it seem like it was more secluded then it was. After learning this and not having an option to cancel without refund it was quit disappointing

Nice cabin, high price, crowded environ

The cabin was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. You see few pictures of the outside, so I will describe: the cabin is on a "corner lot," with the restaurant/office across one street. the motel part of the property across the other, another unit adjoining on the third side, and the front of another cabin directly behind, overlooking your deck. There is a small porch/deck upstairs on the motel side that offers some privacy. The cabin is nice enough, but a good value would be half the price. Of course everything in Jasper costs twice what it does where I live, so maybe about right for the area.

In the Canadian Rockies, just over half a scenic hour east of the town of Jasper, the Overlander Mountain Lodge Vacation Homes neighborhood of luxury chalets is known for what it's missing.

Instead of crowded tourist sites and restaurants with lines out the door, we have our own Folding Mountain Brewery for casual meals, along with our signature Stone Peak Restaurant, with farm-to-table cuisine created by our international-award winning chef.

While this chalet offers satellite TV, we think you'll prefer views of nature and the extensive trails that invite you to step out.

We're not in Jasper National Park, but located just past its East Gates, closer to Miette Hot Springs than any site in the town of Jasper.

Come stay with us. Stop and smell the wildflowers. Enjoy pure water and peace of mind with our professionally-managed and maintained accommodations. Bring your whole family. Because we think you'll love it here as much as we do, precisely for everything that's missing.
