Superb and Charming apartment in central Milan with piazza views.

The open plan living area is very bright and spacious with a double aspect, in the corner of this 1929 building, four windows with a very high 3.9 metre (12.5ft) ceiling. There is a small balcony overlooking the lovely Piazza IV November on one side and a micro balcony on the other. The floors are traditional hardwood with a pair of carpets. Air Con of course - with a single switch.

The overall apartment floor size is 100 sq m / 1,076 sq ft. while the main room is 4,50 by 3,20 metres (14,80 by 11,50 feet)

The are two large comfortable sofas and a 50 inch smart television with x channels in English including Netflix, Google Play, music and YouTube.

The main bedroom is very spacious indeed 5.3m x 3.5m (17.4 x 11.5 ft) featuring a King bed plenty of closet space, and a large north-east facing window. There is a 1.7 sq metre gold coloured light installation – magic. The ensuite has beautiful Calacatta Carrara marble for the walls and floor – see the photos! There is a designer shower, toilet, bidet and a pair of basins.

The second bedroom can be set up for twins or a King. The ensuite has a modern shower, toilet and basin. The window faces the piazza and like all windows in the apartment has electrically operated blackout blinds with double glass to reduce the outside noise produced by the local tram.

The kitchen area is elegant in design with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and a 4 hob induction stove with good counter space. The all glass dining table seats four people comfortably.

Location
The apartment is centrally located close to transport hubs. The famous Duomo and La Scala Opera House are a 25 minute walk or five Metro stops – the local Metro stop is just 150m.
Linate Airport is a 20 minute taxi ride and Malpensa Airport can be reached by a fast train in 50 minutes, from just a short walk away.
The grand Gallia Excelsior five star hotel is 50 m away.

The owners are both architects with a passion in design research. They have designed the apartment themselves using the best of Italian products.
They ask that your outdoor shoes be left at the front door to protect the floor as they do themselves when staying here.

The City of Milan taxes visitors € 6,30 per adult per night.

Very well appointed apartment

Communications with host were excellent and check in and out were very good. Wonderfully clean and had all the amenities we required - apart from a washing machine - it is noted in the initial booking. Very close to the main station and metro travel around the city was very easy. Small grocery shops were near by. Can be a little noisy at night as street cleaning is nightly. Otherwise highly recommend Carlos and his delightful apartment.

Large rooms at great location

Hosts graciously accepted my request with just 24 hours notice. Apartment is large, light filled and beautifully decorated. Conveniently located for using Metro and trams as well as major railway. Very comfortable bedrooms.

Clean, quiet, great location

Loved our visit to Milano and Carlos’ hospitality was part of that appreciation. The apartment is in a great spot, easy to find on street parking or use the parking deck nearby. Trains are easily accessed. Was able to run and see many of the key sites within a 5 mile run. Rental bikes throughout the town were fun, fast and convenient too. There’s a cafe just at the street below this third floor apartment (I took the stairs each day but there is an elevator) to get you started each day.

Great stay, great spot

Lovely house situated very close to Milano Centrale. Very convenient, easy check-in, helpful host, etc. etc. Couldn't really have gone any better.

Family getaway / conference

The property was very comfortable and just a block from Milano Centrale station for easy day trips in and out of Milan. Also very good access to Milan metro system for traveling within the city. Overall we had a very nice stay. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

Great location and super nice apartment

Carlos and Grace were wonderful hosts. Met us at the apartment and showed us everything. The apartment was absolutely perfect. It worked well for us because we stayed 8 nights in Milan and did lots of day trips. Literally a two minute walk to the train and metro station. Apartment is very nice, very clean, and is furnished beautifully. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to be close to the train station, metro and taxis.
