Spectacular Historic Victorian Old-world charm meets modern elegance in this newly furnished historic 3 bed &1 bath beautiful home, is located in the heart of Downtown Santa Barbara and comfortably sleeps 6. With a high walking score, this property offers the convenience of walking to shops, parks, restaurants, theaters, and more. The ocean is only a short drive or a long walk down the street. Estimated to have been built in 1887, and one of the few surviving Victorian homes in town, this is a one-of-a-kind property crafted with integrity & style. Guests can enjoy outdoor living with a sun-drenched patio with a jacuzzi, grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining area. From its elegant wood floors to its high ceilings, crown moldings, picture rails, and double-hung windows, every detail emanates timeless beauty.

- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Our kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots & pans, cutlery, and appliances, which include: a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster.
- Cozy Living Area: Relax on the comfortable antique sofa, and enjoy your favorite movies and shows on our smart television.
- Patio: Soak up the famous California sun on our patio. The patio includes a jacuzzi, grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining space.
- Wifi & Workspace: Very High-speed internet throughout the home, and a dedicated workspace in our first bedroom located at the front of the house.
- Parking for one car: The attached carport is located directly next to the home. Plenty of street parking is also available.
- Conveniently Located: Only walking distance to restaurants, shops, parks, and theaters, and a short drive to Santa Barbara's famous Funk Zone, Stearn's Wharf, and East & West Beach. Close to 101 freeway.
