Pouca loiça e poucos lençóis No anuncio nao corresponde ao mobiliario O sofá nao e o mesmo É muito mais pequeno e desconfortavel Na foto mostra um sofá grande com uma chaise long Estava descrito estacionamento o mesmo não existe Anunciam no principio um valor sem taxas que depois das mesmas fica muito mais caro Não quiseram passar fatura Perante estes factos não volto

Casa agradável e bem localizada

Muito bom para descansar. Casa arejada e moderna. Bem equipada. Apenas não entendi o porquê de terem fornecido a morada correta depois de já cá estarmos. Evitávamos ter estado 1 hora à procura. Segundo vizinhos aconteceu-lhes o mesmo. O senhor que nos entregou a chave também era muito mal encarado e não entedemos a razão. Tirando isso tudo correu bem.

Great apartment in excellent location

The apartment is perfectly located and was well equipped and ideal for all our needs. All communications were dealt with professionally and quickly. Karin was there to meet us and show us around the property. Great trip.

Passamos uns dias em família neste apartamento e teremos lembranças muito boas. Apreciámos a localização, pertíssimo da praia e de restaurantes. A casa é muito limpa, bem equipada, calma e favorável a uma boa estadia. Tem ar condicionado, Wi-Fi, e televisão. Fomos bem recebidos pela sra. Jaqueline que nos deu-as boas vindas.

Wunderbares Appartment, Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und schnell

Wir sind rundum zufrieden gewesen. Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir waren im Sep 2018 da und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Unser Sohn hat seine Bilder vergessen. Sogar die wurden uns nachgeschickt. Die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar und sehr zuverlässig. Top Urlaub, gerne wieder.

This apartment is a hidden gem!

The apartment is just stunning with partial sea view, minutes away from the golden beach! A beautiful settings with an excellent spacious dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, the bed was very comfortable! Needless to say, the apartment had everything we needed, location was perfect and close to all the sites!

Great little apartment!

The flat is attractive. Everything worked and when it did not (cistern problem) it was quickly fixed. Standard of cleanliness on arrival good. Equipment adequate. No kettle but we used the microwave. Short supply of linen and towels but when we asked for clean we were able to pick them up at the Viennas Bistro. We knew the flat has no south facing but were unlucky as the weather was exceptionally cold and wet! Great location though and plenty of restaurants nearby. I would book again for this flat and with the Muellers.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Appartement in einem mehrstöckigem Haus mit Balkon, man sieht sogar das Meer, liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Zum Strand nur ein paar Meter über die Straße. Die Fußgängerzone erreicht man in nicht einmal 5 Minuten. Der Vermieter, Alexander Müller und seine Frau Karin Müller bieten ein tolles Service und haben gute Tipps für Strandbesuche und Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten. Auch, wenn man sich ein Auto mieten möchte, die Müller`s fragen. Zu erwähnen ist ihr "Viennas Bistro", wo man ein tolles Frühstück in einer Marktgegend genießen kann. Es ist zwar keine ruhige Gegend, aber so erlebt man DAS Portugal und kein Touristenzentrum. Und unbedingt die tolle portugiesische Tomatensuppe probieren, ein absolutes Muss! Ein Kompliment an die Köchin Ruthe!! Natürlich sind die Kochkünste von Karin Müller auch nicht zu verachten. Es gibt neben portugiesischen Köstlichkeiten auch sehr gute Wiener Küche. Unser Fazit: ein wunderschöner Urlaub dank den Müller`s - wir kommen wieder!!

Excellent emplacement, Vue mer, propre climatisé

The welcome from Alexander ( who manages the rental) was very good. He owns a bistro in wich the food is good and the prices afordables. The apartment is very well located and has a see view from the balcony A private swimming pool ( 6 euro/ adult) is located next to the flat. The see front is very close with all the needed stores, restaurants, ...We just needed 5 minutes to be in the Praia de Oliva beach ( the nearest one) We hadn't a car so we didn't faced parking problems. I'accueil de Alexander était bon. Il possède avec sa femme un bistro dans la ville ou la nourriture est bonne et abordable. L'appartement est bien situé ( plage, promenade de la mer, restaurants, magasins) ... en 5 minutes nous étions sur la Plage de Oliva. Les amateurs de piscines apprécieront la proximité d'une piscine privée accessible a prix de 6 euros par jour pour un adulte. Nous sommes arrivés en Taxi depuis la gare de Tunes, nous n'avions pas de problèmes de parking

Appartement bien situé et propre.....

Appartement très agréable avec balcon vue sur mer; cuisine fonctionnelle malgré un manque d'ustensiles(passoire,casserole,bol.... ) clim très appréciable,mais le problème c est que ce logement n a pas internet malgré "accès internet"précisé dans l'annonce,pas de parking privé mais un parking public ou il faut s' armer de patiente pour trouver une place,merci a Alexander pour son accueil avec une bonne bouteille .
