Beautiful view and close proximity to the Stanley Hotel where we attended a wedding. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the host was very responsive to all guests inquiries prior to our arrival.

The house was very clean and bathrooms and kitchen were updated and very well maintained. The view of the Rockies and the elk in the backyard highlighted our stay.

Outstanding place for family gathering. Large group had lots of room to spread out and play games. Extra large kitchen. Saw elk every day in the yard.

Great house great view

Great house with a great view. Woke up one morning to Elk in the backyard. Amazing. Easy access to Estes Park. One issue jacuzzi tub was broken.

Lovely home

I spent a month at this wonderful home and enjoyed every minut The location is spectacular and very convenient to everything. Plenty of space and beds and bathrooms. The kitchen has everything except a colander. Lots of elk and deer. It is noisy on the patio. You can hear the highway. I will be back!

On September 28th reached out to the property with questions and to open up communication received email from Heather that A representative would contact me never heard back from anyone. Date of arrival my daughter arrived first to the house it was not properly clean. She did reach out, and they offered to come clean. We were to tiered from traveling to have someone come and clean at night. The down stars bathroom had an awful smell we slept with the window open and the heat on. I bought a lot of air refresher. Had to buy laundry soap as none was left as the details say. The reason I bought soap is there is not enough wash cloths. Parking lot is hard to get in and out of. The location was nice, and the house was big but will not be back. I read all the reviews and not sure how this property is rated as a 10 I will give it a 6.

Our team did offer to return for a touch-up cleaning after your initial report, but the offer was declined on two separate occasions. The home was thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. We do provide eco-friendly laundry soap sheets for our guests, and we’ll double-check to ensure they were stocked for your stay. We would have been happy to deliver more had we been notified. Regarding the downstairs bathroom, this is the first time we’ve received such feedback—from guests, staff, or the homeowners who regularly use the space—but we will certainly take a closer look to ensure everything meets our standards. We also want to mention that one of our important house rules was unfortunately not followed during your stay. These guidelines are in place for the safety and comfort of all guests, and we ask that they be reviewed prior to check-in. We’re sorry your experience didn’t fully meet expectations, but we hope you still enjoyed your time in Estes Park.
