Cozy Family Pocono Ranch w/ HOT TUB, Fireplace & Deck

We are happy to finally have a place of our own to make memories at and we would love to share it with you. Very cozy, modern, quiet and clean 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a gas fireplace located in Towamensing Trails.

In the newly furnished living room we have a vaulted ceiling with a gas fireplace, carpet and a 55” TV. The sofa pulls out to a queen bed.

In the Family room, we have a cozy sectional and a 50” smart TV that leads out onto our deck with a 7 person multi colored LED hot tub. On the deck there is plenty of seating to enjoy morning coffee in the warmer months.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, toaster oven, glasses, utensils, etc. Please bring your own paper products along with toilet paper. Due to our house having a septic tank, we prefer Scott toilet paper due to it breaking down the best.

In the master bedroom we have a queen bed with a 32” smart TV and a master bathroom. In the second bedroom we have a queen bed with a 32” TV. In the third bedroom we have a bunk bed with the bottom bunk being a full and the top being a twin with a 32” TV.

You can enjoy the amenities at Towamensing Trails. Our community offers a playground, pool, beach/lake, game room, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts.

Please note no smoking is allowed, no parties/events are permitted and fire pits are NOT ALLOWED by guests.

Please bring your own towels/bed linens. We do have bed linens available for an additional charge.

Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Pocono Raceway, White Water Rafting, Alvins Off Road Playground (ATV rentals), Split Rock Waterpark and Horseback riding are all within a 20 minute drive.

The Crossing Premium Outlet, Country Junction and Beltzville State Park are all around a 30 minute drive.

Shopping amenities are all within a reasonable distance.
