Maybe it’s me, but I do not consider this an Exceptional property. It was very clean, the owner was quick to respond to questions, and the check-in and check out were fine. It’s just that overall, it felt rather cheaply done. The barstools were hard to sit on because they were so flimsy, one of the four rickety dining room chairs was missing, there was only one insufficient floor lamp in the corner of the master bedroom (although the bed and nightstands did light up in a fluorescent purple), and none of us knew they made silverware so thin. Then there were the two identical “artworks” hung side by side ( which were at least straight!). The beds were comfortable, and the Keurig worked well. I guess we just evpected more ftom the nice photographs.

Weekend get away!

Amazing location with plenty of activities for kids nearby, including Big Boulder, Mountain View Brewery, Great Wolf Lodge, and Split Rock. Perfect for two families to stay together—we had an incredible time!

Great for a small family getaway

The house was private, cozy, and very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. It rained during our stay so we didn’t get to use the decks, but we had plenty of space indoors to feel comfortable. Our children’s favorite part was the gaming nook. We would recommend this place for a small family will elementary aged children. The bathrooms are very small, but that is my only complaint.

Overall good.

overall, my Family enjoyed the stay. the outside of the house does need a little work. stairs and deck area is dated. Sliding doors kept getting stuck. this didn't affect our stay. we just went out the other door. overall the house was clean and spacious. Communication with the host was great, and he did resolve the issues promptly.

Everything looks exactly like the pictures! House was very clean and in a quiet private community! It was located close to many hiking trails. The host was very responsive and communicative. I will definitely stay here again!

Clean, Comfortable and Spacious

Communication with the host was outstanding. Response to any questions was virtually immediate. All the amenities were first rate and the home is well equipped. Plenty of room to park and turn around. Would definitely stay there again.

Great owners and property

Owner communication and personal touches were great. Property layout is as pictured and had all the amenities needed. Will definitely stay again. Just two things for transparency. There will be bugs, this has nothing to do with the cleanliness of the home, it is very clean, its just the area, so expect it. And the bottom patio area is not fully covered (i.e. when it rains, expect that area to be wet).

Great family getaway

The home was beautiful with all the amenities necessary to make it a relaxing and stress free home away from home. Beds were comfortable. The entire home was extremely clean. We loved relaxing around the fireplace in the evening. The communication with the property manager was easy and any question we had was answered in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area again.
