Come and enjoy this newly remodeled home with it fresh and spacious interior and lush secluded backyard with beautiful lighting to light up your night. Enjoy breakfast or dinner on the back patio, fire up the grill , play a game of horseshoes in the pit, or a game of Table Tennis is the detached entertainment room separate from the main home. Located in South Tampa, this home is just minutes from Bayshore Blvd, Downtown Tampa, Riverwalk & located perfectly to take Gandy Bridge to all Beaches.

Great Stay

The house was just what we needed. It is very centrally located, nice sized backyard for my doggie. Wish we could have had a TV in the master, but not a big deal. The ping pong table was a plus, my kids loved it and spent a good amount of time using it. I had a few questions prior to arriving and while at the house and Matt was just great at answering all questions very quickly. Overall nice stay, house very clean with everything we needed.

Great little place!

This is a great little place to stay. Accommodated our family of 6 just fine. We were thankful pets were allowed. Close to everything in a quiet neighborhood. The kids loves the ping pong table!

Perfect Spot!

We had a great time! Property was great and close to lots and lots of things to do. Spacious home, comfy bed! It rained all but one day of our stay, so we didn't get to enjoy the backyard as much as we'd hoped but it's a beautiful space! 5⭐!

My wife and I are home builders and property investors by trade. We have several rental properties that we have owned over the past 7 years. We are new to the vacation rental business but we believe that our experience with our regular tenants over the past few years will come in very handy. We love making a beautiful home for others to enjoy with friends and family.
