So very clean and bathrooms are spacious and new. Location super for our needs and so was accurate for the listing. Would absolutely stay there again.

Excellent location. I think there should be a dresser to put your stuff in but that is my opinion. The other ladies didn’t care. Great place for what we needed it for.

Great place to stay and we felt safe in the neighborhood as we were directly across from a fire station! The house was very clean and super close to the Raymond James Stadium! The neighborhood was super quiet as well. The host was great with communication and we would definitely stay again!

Communication with the host was initially poor -- I had to contact VRBO support to get the door code at check-in time, as there was nothing in the app. The house is quirky, but overall, it is a great value. All of the bedrooms are adjoining, with doors in-between. Front bedroom is right on the street and noisy. Plumbing is odd, and it took my second shower to figure out how to not scald myself. Kitchen is well stocked for coffee and making breakfast. We didn't find the cooler or the beach chairs until our last day.

Great little weekend getaway place just a quick uber ride from everything. Check in was easy and the description accurate. It sits across the street from a fire station so we felt safe. If you are someone who likes to cook, maybe pack a few extras but it was stocked well enough to prepare breakfast or a quick supper. We had plenty of towels, paper towels, and trash bags. Overall it met our expectations!

My friend and I attended a concert at Raymond James (2 miles away), and we wanted to stay close enough to walk back. This was perfect for that. The rooms were clean, and we loved having a full kitchen. Important for Florida: the AC worked great, and it was already cool when we first arrived. The area was quiet, and as two single women travelers, we didn’t have any issues with walking in the area. It’s right across from a fire station, so you will hear sirens periodically. I didn’t hear any at night, though. I had to contact the host the day of check-in to get the door code, but they responded super quickly. I don’t know if there was wifi because I never got a code for that or saw a network, but I had great cell service in the area (my friend’s cell service wasn’t as great, though). A couple nitpicks: the front door lock was kind of loose, so that probably needs fixing, and the water pressure was pretty bad. But the hot water temperature was great, at least!

Had to contact owner for check in instructions & WiFi info. I would suggest bringing your own blankets & pillow cases. Covers didn’t seem to be freshly washed
