This peaceful accommodation offers a stay for up to 5 people.
To discover what the capital to offer you, my accommodations are very well served by public transportation, about 5 minutes from the Robespierre metro station (line 9) and 300 m from bus stop 318.
Next to the accommodation, you will have shops and restaurants but the area does not have any tourist points of interest, you have to take the metro to take you to Paris.
The apartment is located on the first floor, and is composed as follows:

If you come by car, you can park on the street, we do not have a parking space.

Spaces marked with a charge (with white dotted lines) are free from 8 p.m. to 9 a.m., on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery spaces (with yellow dotted lines) are free from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m., Sundays and public holidays.

Q: Are birthdays allowed?
R: All events, birthdays, gatherings are prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate the booking if this point is not respected.
Q: Smoking?
R: The accommodations are non-smoking. Out of respect for our non-smoking guests and the children we welcome, smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or in the common areas of the building.
Q: Can we leave my suitcases before check-in or after check-out?
R: Yes, Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 6 pm.
Q: Is it possible to arrive before 3 pm?
R: Depending on the time the previous guest vacates the accommodation and the time we need to clean, we can welcome you earlier if we allow it. Let me know your wishes in advance as soon as possible, and I will do my best to make it happen. Requests 48 hours before arrival will be complicated to complete.
Q: First and last metro?
R: first train at 5:27 am and last train at 0:27 am
Q: Bercy Accor Arena?
R: Less than 20 minutes by public transportation.
Q: How do I collect the keys?
R: The keys will be available in a secure key box, the code of which will be communicated to you on the day of your arrival. This way, you can arrive at a time that suits you. If you wish, I can also hand over the keys according to the arrival times.
